Matthew Husting is the reason we rated your dealership so highly! We immediately liked him when he approached us on the lot; he has great interpersonal skills. His friendliness and helpfulness were obviously genuine. We appreciated that he really listened to us. He really knew the inventory of vehicles he had to work with. He showed us many options which met our criteria, and he had additional suggestion which we hadn't even thought of. We liked the fact that he took the time to educate us, to explain things to us, to answer our questions. He was high energy, but not high pressure; by this I mean that he was always actively thinking of options for us and he also treated us like he had all the time in the world to help us. He is truly an asset to your organization. We would recommend your dealership which has a nice selection of both new and used cars. I came to Wilde as a client of mine works there(Kevin Underwood) and I was looking for a different vehicle. I originally was going to get a Nissan Altima but after looking at the Camry and talking with Rob Davis I changed my mind. He was very easy to talk with and knew everything about the cars and I didn't feel pressured .After some light haggling over price, which I felt I needed to do, I closed the sale for him. I really appreciated his professionalism and made a point to talk with his manager Chris about him. I will be back in again for another purchase and I hope Rob's still there! Thanks Jim More

We were not happy with other dealers we looked at. My husband purchased a car years ago from Kevin. Kevin remembered his birthday every year. Kevin is a firendly guy and not pushy like some sales people can be. We wanted to pick up our car on a day Kevin was off so "BIG Mike took care of us that night. He was also very helpful as well as the lady taking care of the finance papers, although I am afraid I do not remember her name. Sorry about that. So far love the car! Thanks Mike! More
My wife and I bought a 2011 Highlander from Wilde Toyota's Tommy Haynes. You see we had been searching for a car for over 2 months and we visited every website (or so it seemed) and we went to over 6 car dealerships but none of them compared to the personal and professional "'touch" that Tommy gave to us. He listened to us. He helped us. He put customer service as his top priority and it showed and continues to show even after our purchase. He wanted and still wants nothing more than to make sure we are satisfied and happy with our purchase. I couldn't imagine going to another salesman after working with him. If you are wanting to work with a professional this is your guy. Customer service is his specialty. We are very impressed and will be repeat customers in the future. Thank you!!! More
The biggest problem I have with Wilde Toyota is the "service charge" also called the "processing charge" depending on where in the negotiation it arises. Yes, I know other dealers also have charge of t "service charge" also called the "processing charge" depending on where in the negotiation it arises. Yes, I know other dealers also have charge of this type. But that is no excuse. The state allows you do charge it. That's no excuse. You should be better than this. You are making a dollar or two on the sale, we all expect that. But to throw this charge on top of the agreed-to price is just wrong ... plain and simple. John Collura was sufficient. He was intractable when it came to working out a deal. Finally his manager, Chris, entered the negotiation and made the deal a bit more appealing and closed the sale. Tom Worm was all a sales/service guy is suppose to be. He handled the repair of a torn carpet in the most friendly and professional way. Every little thing I asked for he provided quickly, efficiently, and without an excuse for why I was off base in asking for it. I would buy a vehicle from him anytime but not while he is at Wilde. Did some talking to both Heiser Toyota and Wilde Toyota before I ultimately decided to go with Wilde for my car purchase. When I told Heiser that I had graduated just over 2 months, they told me tough luck because the new graduate deal was only applicable if you graduated under 2 years. Rob Davis and the Wilde team, told me they would work with me to figure something out. When I spent hours at Heiser looking at cars and started talking about lowering my monthly payments and my options, I was told that car purchasing was more like buying chips where when you go into the store, you can't bargain at all. I was told that times had changed and that's not how car sales worked anymore (I swear that was actually the analogy that I was given). HA... At Wilde, Rob Davis met me and walked me around looking at used camrys the first time I visited and I had such a good time looking at cars with him. Rob is extremely easy going and had a great sense of humor. He really went out of his way to make sure my car buying experience was relaxed. I felt no pressure to make my decision, but instead complete support. When I felt like I needed some more support from a close fried of mine, Rob even suggested I take the car that I was then just looking at (now I own!) and drive to my friend's place downtown to grab him so he could help me with my decision. Rob was patient with all my questions since I was a new car buyer and I appreciate him doing so. If I were you, I'd go buy your car from Rob Davis. More
