Well it took a little searching and in the meantime the monthly incentives ran out..the deal was off. New intensives came out for the month and did not change so search was on and fairly quickly the deal was back on. I joked with Jamie he earned his commission on me! The CD player would not accept CDs when we bought it but Jamie remedied that situation by having the Wilde service department acquire and install an identical unit for no cost. He showed me both within my price range and before showing me outside that range let me know he was doing that and why. The deal was negotiated very quickly and satisfactorily. He answered my questions even after the deal was 'done' - he didn't disappear like some salesmen. When I brought my son in to get the car, Tommy took the time to go over the car with him as he would be the driver even though he had already done this with me. Tommy definitely went the extra mile. The least engaging part of the visit was the finance person whom was takign payment for the car. The paperwork was done efficiently and correctly but he was very hurried and didn't even really speak to myself or my son - except to show us where to sign papers. More

Since he knew that the previous owners did not have pets, we felt confident that buying a used van would be safe for our son's severe pet allergies.
