I didn't know what to expect when buying a car and i had some not so great experiences with unnamed employees, but Jamie Shay ended up working with me and the pleasure was all mine. Rob was very friendly and spoke "normal". He did not push or lead us in a direction he had in mind. He made every effort to give us a good price. Very courteous, informative and supportive. Jamie was a great salesman! He did not use high pressure tactics like so many dealers do. He allowed me plenty of time to look at the vehicle I was interested in, test drive it and answered all my questions tactics like so many dealers do.
