Rob Davis by far was the best PERSON we ever met with when buying a car. We searched for over a year for our car. We met many "Salesmen" during the hunt for our next car. We visited many dealerships. My wife and I stopped by Wilde after viewing some vehicles online. We had just been in an accident and totaled our Lexus ES. Rob asked us what we were looking for he gave us some choices fitting our wants and off my wife & I were test driving a few vehicles. Both Rob & Wilde Toyota seemed very busy (people everywhere) but Rob kept coming by asking us if we would like to test drive more cars or what our questions were regarding the cars we had driven. We did like the 1st Lexus we had driven, but thought we can't just decide on a car the 1st day of looking so we told Rob we would call him or stop by in the next day or so. He said great! We went to 2 other dealerships and felt like we were being pushed to buy a car and so on...... a feeling my wife & I are not fond of. We said to ourselves, let's just go see that vehicle we liked online out in Cedarburg & make a decision. So off we started for Cedarburg (we live in Muskego). After a few minutes in our car we started talking wondering if we wanted to go into another dealership and be hounded again by how superior their product and service would be. We both looked at each and said, forget it! Let's just go back to Wilde & see how we feel about the car & Rob on the 2nd visit. We found Rob again, he asked us where we were in our search and if we wanted to drive that Lexus again or not.... we said we would like to drive it & off we went. Again, though this was now Saturday, Wilde & Rob were very busy with people. After our drive, we found Rob, did some quick non-pressured negotiating and bought the Lexus, we 1st drove. Rob under promised & over performed for us. We are writing this Sunday, on the following day of the process but are fairly sure we may never buy a car from any other person/dealership! This is the second time I've bought a car from Wilde Toyota and my second experience was just as great as the first. Both times I was impressed by their customer service and sales team; I didn't feel pressured into buying a car that I didn't really want and they were very knowledgeable in helping me find exactly what I wanted. I worked with Matt Husting this second time around and I felt that he really did try to get me the best price possible - even matched the price of a comparable car at another dealership. His customer service was outstanding, even when I had to come back the next day to have a couple things looked at that I hadn't noticed the day before when I test drove the car. I'm skeptical of dealerships because I've heard horror stories about people buying a car, driving off the lot, having something go wrong and having absolutely no customer service when they return. This is not the case with Wilde Toyota; they go out of their way to make sure you are happy in the car you buy. I'll definitely be going back whenever I decide to buy a car again and I completely recommend them to anyone in the search of their next vehicle. More
