I called ahead about a vehicle I was interested in and I was put in touch with Kevin Nelson by Tracy Sinn This was my best experience at a dealership. I called ahead about a vehicle I was interested in and I was put in touch with Kevin Nelson by Tracy Sinner. When I got there he was with another customer but he had the key for my vehicle on him. In a very short amount of time Kevin was able get a few moments to get me the key so that I could check out the vehicle and take it for a test drive. I was able to buy and drive that day. Kevin was VERY good at helping ALL his customers while I was there. I felt equally as important as everyone else he had to help and never felt like I had to wait for any long period of time. If anything, I probably had to ask him to wait on me as I got my end of things figured out. When it came down to the financing part of things I have to give a huge THANK YOU to Mikhail Ageyev. FUNNY GUY! There were several other people I worked with at this dealership and every one of them worked hard and fast for me. Unfortunately, I do not remember everyone's name because I was going on no sleep after getting off work from the night before and I still had to work that night. Rob was very informative and had a lot of knowledge about the vehicle I was looking at. It was incredibly busy that day, but that did not stop Rob from going above and beyond in making sure I was getting everything I needed, While waiting for financing Rob offered my brother and I beverages, and him and Brett (finance) even went as far as to giving us pizza they had purchased to us, while we waited. As soon as we arrived I felt comfortable with the whole situation, because everyone was friendly, laid back, and willing to get you exactly what you were looking for. At no time did I feel like Rob was just giving me some sales pitch, it was more like just talking to a buddy. I am pleased with the vehicle I purchased and happy that I was able to get this done in a relaxed and comfortable setting. I will definitely be recommending to others to consider your dealership when looking for a new or used car. I will also be sure to recommend Rob Davis for sales, because I believe he did a top notch job. He really seemed like a nice guy and knew a lot about each car that was on your lot. It's always nice to see and employee go above and beyond to make sure their customer gets exactly what they need. Furthermore, you could tell he was dealing with several different customers, but at no time did that set him back from getting each and every task done.
