He is very proactive, knowledgeable and very courteous. We just bought a Rav4 for my wife from him and are impressed with the service we have received once again. Phil Lo (our finance adviser) was also very helpful in structuring the right terms for our loan. He was very understanding and worked diligently at getting us our ideal monthly payments. Once again, I walked away from Wild Toyota Scion with a smile of my face. This is the second car I purchased through Wilde and David Olguin helped me through the car buying process once again, and did an o smile of my face. Its not always easy for me to make big decisions, but he was able to help me make a decision easier. He was very polite, friendly and personable. He also worked with the sales manager John Ploeckelman to negotiate a price I was comfortable with. Because David is easy going I didn't feel pressured at all while making my decision. Together, we chose the best car that fit my needs. Also, his communication with me was superb. He even took my call on his day off after the purchase. It is over an hour drive for me to get to Wilde, but it is definitely worth the drive because they are top notch. Everyone that I worked with at Wilde was very professional and courteous including Mikhail Ageyev and Phil Lo. They helped me with financing and were able to give me a rate and payment I was happy with. They also did a remarkable job on working with me on an extended warranty because they were very patient with me, and explained thoroughly the details of their extended warranty. I have no doubt (based on my after the fact research) that I both slightly over paid for the car and was slightly under compensated for my trade-in. As I said, I do not negotiate well. Given that fact, I was not completely taken advantage of in either respect and remain happy with my purchase. They have a great selection of vehicles and they price lower than most competitors. Kevin did not engage in any high pressure sales tactics! A definite plus. The dealership is great about giving you the keys and letting you test drive without a sales person in the vehicle with you. The financing department is a bit more high pressure in trying to get you to purchase all the expensive add-on's and that I didn't appreciate. I do understand that they are doing their job and maybe some people appreciate this information. Even after I said that I was not interested, the sales pitch continued. Just be prepared for that. Overall it was a good experience. I would return and recommend Kevin to friends looking for a good used car. More
