Having done a bunch of research from 3 different sources and many dealerships, I had a good idea of what good prices were. I knew what I was looking for and once I was ready to get some numbers together for my trade on the van we wanted, the pricing was more competitive than other dealers. Any issues I found were taken care of with no hassle by Doug and Kevin. The last issue was keys. The van only had one set and Chris quickly offered me to stop by and get another one made. Overall great selection and service with an awesome experience. See you for our next one. More

I informed Tracy that my time was limited, but I wanted to test drive, and if I liked it, I'd leave money down and purchase the vehicle. I did not need a sales pitch or anything. I already knew what I wanted. It was a matter of numbers working right. She relayed everything perfectly to the salesperson, Kevin. 2. Kevin listened. He had stuff ready, gave me what I needed, and quickly, I would say, we made a deal. Not really any "back and forth" talks or anything that wasted my time. My original number was close and he countered, and we called it a deal. I think Kevin and I never spoke for more than 30 minutes total. Quick, easy... talk about a guy that kept my concerns at the top of his list. I put 3k down and told him I'd pick it up 2 days later. 3. Closing was quick, my car and paperwork were ready when I got back to the dealership. I think I was in and out with my new car in 30 minutes. Things that went wrong: 1. Nothing to do with the employees I dealt with. 2. If I am paying for an 18k certified vehicle... go the extra 1/2 inch and put floor mats in the car. It such a trivial thing that really just eats at me that a person spends 18k with Toyota and the simple items are overlooked. Similar... fill the gas tank all the way. Again, such a small thing, but would go a long way. Another one, cleaning the car is great, but again, go the extra 1/2 inch to detail it. My car was cleaned and carpets shampoo'd, which is great. However, the kick panels had some goo from lord knows what on them and the dash/pillars/panels have dirt on them. Overall, I wanted a quick easy purchase on a great vehicle because my time is super important to me...and thats exactly what I got. The employees are wonderful. Put a process in place to get those last minor details in place to finish the experience. It leaves a somewhat salty taste after a great experience. I love the new car though and thanks! More
