I arrived there after doing a fair amount of research on the car(s) I was interested in, and he was an attentive listener who did not pressure or steer me to anything other than that. He offered helpful information and let my decision unfold as I test-drove three cars. I got exactly what I wanted at a fair price. While I was there, a difficulty arose that was beyond his control and he handled it in a most professional and respectful manner. Rob is friendly and extremely skilled in his position, and Wilde is lucky to have him on its sales team. More
Awesome! I brought my mother in to look for a new car. I knew Jamie would take care of her as he did me. She was very happy with Jamie. She walked out with a Toyota Yaris and she loves it. Thanks to Jamie I will not shop anywhere else for a car. More

Outstanding Customer Service From the time we arrived at Wilde Toyota EACH member of the staff ( provided us with the feeling of being welcomed and answered all of our questions i From the time we arrived at Wilde Toyota EACH member of the staff ( provided us with the feeling of being welcomed and answered all of our questions in a very intelligible manner. My wife and I were very impressed with the inter personal skills of each of the individuals we encountered. We were treated as if we had been regular customers even though this was our first experience with Wilde Toyota. Chris Walczak could not have been more informative and accommodating in making sure that we had all of the information we needed to make a decision in making our purchase. Kevin Nelson made sure that we had the opportunity to thoroughly go over the vehicle to make sure that all of our questions/concerns were answered. When completing the sales documents Mikhail Ageyev made sure that we understood the paperwork that we were signing and provided us with our credit rating reports that validated that we were responsible customers. After the purchase the was an intermittent light that indicated a problem with the passenger door air bag. In bringing this to Jeff Cox's attention he performed a diagnostic check on the vehicle that isolated the problem and he took the necessary steps to rectify the problem. He was extremely accommodating in trying to return the vehicle to us. For us this was a very unique purchase for us since this was to be our son's car and he would be traveling to North Carolina after his Marine Military Leave after a tour in Japan. It was paramount to us that he had as safe a vehicle as possible. With the genuine experience we had with everyone at Wilde Toyota we were convinced that our son would have a good highway experience upon leaving our home. Our son entrusted us to find a vehicle for him and we were fortunate to find a vehicle at Wilde Toyota and the exemplary staff facilitated every aspect of the decision to purchase this vehicle. As a family we have purchased 3 vehicles from Wilde: a used 2007 from Wilde Toyota; a new 2012 from Wilde Honda; and, a new 2012 Wilde Subaru. Again! Wilde Toyota Went Above & Beyond Wilde Toyota ceases to amaze me with their "excellent" customer service. I recently traded my leased 2012 Rav4 for a 2014 Rav4. My intentions were to Wilde Toyota ceases to amaze me with their "excellent" customer service. I recently traded my leased 2012 Rav4 for a 2014 Rav4. My intentions were to shop not purchase the day I went in. However, the new design of the 2014 was hard to walk a way from. Not to mention the the deal I found hard to refuse. Most important was the sales person I worked with. Having been in customer sevice for over 23 years I was truly impressed with Max Kramer! He greeted me outside the morning I pulled into the lot, intorduced himself and asked what brought me in this beautiful sunshiny morning. "Kramer" has a very professional and mature personality that was hard to resist. But most important to me as the customer, not once did he pressure me into a sale. He was informative, helpful and done to earth. This skill that Kramer pocesses is important for people with their busy lives, stress and day to day life styles. No pressure whatsoever! This is my 4th leased car with Wilde Toyota and I have to say Max Kramer is a complete asset to the entire team! More

He treated me with respect and didn't assume I was clueless on things like engine size because I'm female (bonus points!). He is also extremely helpful with general questions even after the sale, including helping me with advice on a car purchase from my son (on his cell phone, on his way home, without complaint). Just a class act and someone I will trust for all of my future vehicle needs. His name and this dealership will be the first thing crossing my lips whenever anyone asks for a reference for a vehicle. just great as a new owner of a 2000 toyota corolla with its well known oil burning and leaking issues, coming to this dealership regularly was a thing for me lol as a new owner of a 2000 toyota corolla with its well known oil burning and leaking issues, coming to this dealership regularly was a thing for me lol. I believe it was John Milczarski that first approached me when i came into the dealer for the first time last year. He was always informative and thorough with the questions i asked and very professional. I was always psyched about coming to this service drive, drinking that delicious coffee, and driving out of the place with a fresh oil change in no more than 45 minutes. Once i was ready to put down a wad of cash to fix engine leaks, I made an appointment online and later spoke with Charles Brockmeyer about what i needed done, which was basically, degrease engine and replace seals and gaskets until the engine looked brand new. The job was done within 24 hours and the engine even smells brand new, sounds more compacted, overall the mechanics did a great job and I am completely satisfied, no leaks :)... I was just able to pay for it thanks to Mike Greco for allowing a small discount. The Rolla still burns oil but thats the piston rings, which ill get to that myself eventually. But thank you all at Toyota for being like the best dealer in town. oh and your on hwy 100, which makes it better ;) More
