Very different experience buying a vehicle. I've been to dozen different dealerships in the last month looking for a specific vehicle. In nearly all of them I was paired with individuals who eit I've been to dozen different dealerships in the last month looking for a specific vehicle. In nearly all of them I was paired with individuals who either didn't listen, or didn't care. Even at this very dealership I have had unpleasant experiences in the past, but Jeff really is the best salesman I've ever worked with. It's tempting to assume when you see all the positive reviews associated with a service that the results were cherry-picked from a vast amount of mediocre reviews, but my experience with Jeff was exactly like all the positive reviews he kept on his wall. I had one past blemish on my credit that was making it a struggle to get the vehicle I wanted, Jeff not only continued to help me look for a solution for several hours, he kept other dealers from poaching the vehicle out from under me while we worked on the paperwork. When I came back later in the evening to drop off some additional information I made sure to get some cards from Jeff, because decent used car salesman really are hard to find. It was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend working with Jeff to anyone else who tells me they're looking for a car. More

Then Jeff also recommended a Camry to better fulfill or needs at the price we were looking for. We test drove the Camry and we were hooked. Jeff put in the extra personal effort to get the Camry prepped for delivery. He was very pleasant and straight forward to work without sales pressure.
