Outstanding Salesman and Customer Service I and my wife looked thru many cars lots, and got to Wilde Toyota and met the Most Outstanding Salesman; Leonard Jordan. He was kind, friendly, patie I and my wife looked thru many cars lots, and got to Wilde Toyota and met the Most Outstanding Salesman; Leonard Jordan. He was kind, friendly, patient, and very understanding. He was very dedicated to getting myself the car that I wanted. He worked patiently with me thru the whole process till we finalized the deal and Drove away in the car, that worked for me. He kept in touch during the whole process and was very understanding and a smile was always on his face. Customer Service Excels This is my third purchase from Wilde. (However, the vehicles have remained in the family). I was met at the door and directed to the person I have worked with in the past (Brad Walder, sales person extraordinaire). He explained everything about the vehicle, before I took it for a spin. I wanted that vehicle in a different color and he had it for me in a few days (and there was a holiday within those dates). He then asked me if I wanted to know more about Blue Tooth and Max Kramer gave me a blue tooth class and I love this vehicle even more. Go to Wilde, don't get frustrated like I did at two other dealerships just because they were closer. Joe Zanella set me up with Brad many years ago and it has been a great relationship. When employees are at a company for a long time, it says something about the place they work....5 stars, I would give more if it was an option.. More
