I called ahead about a vehicle I was interested in and I was put in touch with Kevin Nelson by Tracy Sinn This was my best experience at a dealership. I called ahead about a vehicle I was interested in and I was put in touch with Kevin Nelson by Tracy Sinner. When I got there he was with another customer but he had the key for my vehicle on him. In a very short amount of time Kevin was able get a few moments to get me the key so that I could check out the vehicle and take it for a test drive. I was able to buy and drive that day. Kevin was VERY good at helping ALL his customers while I was there. I felt equally as important as everyone else he had to help and never felt like I had to wait for any long period of time. If anything, I probably had to ask him to wait on me as I got my end of things figured out. When it came down to the financing part of things I have to give a huge THANK YOU to Mikhail Ageyev. FUNNY GUY! There were several other people I worked with at this dealership and every one of them worked hard and fast for me. Unfortunately, I do not remember everyone's name because I was going on no sleep after getting off work from the night before and I still had to work that night.
