2012 Prius Purchase Traded 2007 Prius for a 2012 Prius. Kevin Nelson was a fair salesman. This is the fourth vehicle in a row purchased from Wilde. Prices were all fine w Traded 2007 Prius for a 2012 Prius. Kevin Nelson was a fair salesman. This is the fourth vehicle in a row purchased from Wilde. Prices were all fine with me. Kevin said floor mats are not included anymore, but evidentally they were in the car before, since the floor carpet had no wear. The car had 48000 miles on it. After the deal when picking up the 2012, Kevin was in a hurry to change the license from my old car to the 2012 and pulled the license off without unscrewing. When putting it on the 2012 the plate had sharp edges where it was pulled off my 2007. When trying to put it on the 2012, he couldnt fasten securely because there was a bolt in one license attachment hole that had to be cut off. I had to do that at home, get a insert to attach the new plate after taking a hammer to flatten the hole where the plate was ripped off from my 2007. Now we come to financing. Pre approved with Landmark. After telling finance how to proceed, that was ignored. They did get financing through Chase, so well ok. I had an experience with financing that was less than desireable with a service contract, and 3 days later cancelled the contract because of the way I was told what my car finance would cost, (verbally) All was cancelled, but my payment is higher than it had to be if the whole story would have been correctly told to me at the time of sale. After four straight Toyota purchases at Wilde, this will probably be the last. More
