I will be honest though, we did have to wait quite awhile before meeting Leonard. When he did greet us for our appointment, he quickly explained he was with another customer. That would have been nice to know from the greeter because we almost walked out. After speaking with Leonard, he was very quick to answer all of our questions and concerns with the vehicle. He was a pleasure to work with. His easy going manner and smiling face made the process better. I would like to suggest to finance that when you say no to an offer, to let it be. More

Sorry excuse for a dealership Ive had so many terrible experiences with Wild Toyota I dont know where to start. My last visit was for simple routine maintenance (oil change and tir Ive had so many terrible experiences with Wild Toyota I dont know where to start. My last visit was for simple routine maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) on my 07 Tundra I mistakenly purchased from them. The service department only put back on one lug nut to hold on my front passenger wheel. About a mile from home my front end starting shaking and drifting so uncontrollably I had to use my hazards and do 20mph the rest of the way home. This easily avoidable incident could've caused serious injuries. This review is only the tip of the iceberg. I could literally write a 10 page report on the horrible experiences my family and I have had with Wild. Look on their face book page and you will discover an abundance of bad reviews. Not sure how they stay in business. If you value good service, and safety, please avoid going here for anything. More
