I purchased a used vehicle form this establishment 8/24/24. I did not do a very good job inspecting it. The car fax provided to me stated that no accidents were reported. Once I had the vehicle at home I noticed that the back bumper on the passenger side was popped out and looked to be by it being hit. The front bumper same side kooks to be repainted. Also one of the parking lights was out and the cabin air filter was filthy. I believe all these things should have been addressed in the total inspection that supposedly is done. I also left a couple of things in my old vehicle that I would’ve liked to have mailed to me or would’ve picked up. I emailed the general manager and sales person to reach out to via email or phone call. No response from either one. Times have not change in the car business. Once you sign on the dotted line you are no longer valued, unless you go in for paid services. At this point I will have to spend around $156 to replace the items I left behind the 2 items that I had to replace. Lesson learned. Never do business at this location again. More

If you need a car, Bill is your man! He isn’t pushy like most car salesman and I felt so comfortable with him throughout the entire process. Despite a hectic back and forth to get my used Veracruz bill had to be the shining light of the whole experience. Had back and forth issues with financing and even though my co-signer had over a 800 credit bill had to be the shining light of the whole experience. Had back and forth issues with financing and even though my co-signer had over a 800 credit score we were denied financing. Bill was sincere and apologetic and worked with us to still make it possible for me to get this vehicle. I would refer anyone I know looking for a vehicle to him ! He is a shining example of how a salesman should be, considerate, compassionate, and works with you to find the right vehicle. Bill is extremely nice, energetic, very straight forward and to the point with car dealing. He doesn’t push you and allows you to make your own decisions without any pressure.
