Service was great, but the car I had a great buying experience with Kevin Nelson, who sold me a 2008 Hyundai Sonata. I felt good that the vehicle came with a safety inspection. Kevin told me the rear tires would need replaced soon, but the tread was fine for now. So you can imagine my surprise when I come outside to a totally flat tire as I'm leaving for work a week after I bought the car. I'd been getting "tire pressure monitoring system" alerts on my dash since the day after I bought it, but I kept an eye on the tires and added air when one was down. What's worse, the bolts were on the tires so tight that I couldn't remove them manually -- I had to call for service through my insurance company, which will hopefully allow me to get to work on time. This, combined with the fact that there was only 1 valve stem cover on the whole vehicle, made me lose some confidence that I was being taken care of with honesty. I would go back to this dealer, particularly Kevin, but I'm going to pay close attention to the details next time instead of trusting the dealership when they say they have. More
