I expected him to be only interested in making his commission and not care how he got it, but I was very wrong! He was not pushy or aggressive at all throughout the entire process. We test drove a few cars and he was very patient with us, especially since I was a bit picky on what I was looking for. When it went to get detailed and cleaned up after I purchased it, the guys who were supposed to vacuum it out did a terrible job and Dustin took it back to the service center and gave them a good scolding. He took a ton of time out of his busy day to ensure we had an excellent experience! He put the plates on and even replaced a burnt out tail light himself! What a guy! Highly recommend this guy! Super friendly and personable. More

He came across as a sincere, honest guy who genuinely cares about doing the right thing by his customers. I dealt with a different dealership last weekend, and they were just downright rude, abrasive and were playing all sorts of shady word games. Working with Wilde Toyota was a refreshingly positive experience -- I would highly recommend this dealer, and Jeff Fuchs in particular, to anyone else looking for a car. More
