$10000 typo $10,000 "typo" = wasted time.......We received a phenomenal online quote for a Sienna. The quote prompted a phone call from us to search for hidden c $10,000 "typo" = wasted time.......We received a phenomenal online quote for a Sienna. The quote prompted a phone call from us to search for hidden costs. We received an assuring "Wilde Toyota does not play those games". The online offer, phone call and the threat of "another" customer lured us into pursuing an immediate deal. We rushed to West Allis from Illinois that night. We test drove and examined the van for any flaws that might explain the low quote. Pleased with our probe we decided to work up a deal involving our trade. The initiation of paperwork revealed a $10,000 discrepancy between the online quote and the in-person quote. There was an admission of human error but it all had an underlying stench of "bait and switch". That stench became more prevalent when the official offer came in which was far less than impressive. There was little remorse from Wilde Toyota for dragging my family 160 miles (round trip) and wasting 4 hours of our time to expose a supposedly "unintentional” and deceiving clerical error. More

Our Sales Consultant, Dustin Rhadans, really went the extra mile to assure that we had options that fit our needs. He "met us where we were at" with the decision and did not try to push anything unnecessary on us. He showed sincerity, kindness, and genuine care about what was right for my fiance' and I. We felt like people, not just a random random customers. We first looked at a few options on the computer; he then went and brought each and every car around so we could examine and test drive if we wished. Our Finance help, Phil Lo, was just as awesome, He made the most stressful part of any purchase very easy, explained information thoroughly without making me feel uneducated. I would recommend a visit to Wilde Toyota for a new or used purchase. The two people we worked with specifically made the experience enjoyable, easy, and fun. More
