Terrible Experience My entire experience here from start to finish was very disappointing. When I arrived the car I was interested in was not there and I waited quite a l My entire experience here from start to finish was very disappointing. When I arrived the car I was interested in was not there and I waited quite a long time to actually test drive it, meanwhile I was pushed to move forward with it while my sales consultant made no attempt to work within my budget. The lack of communication between the sales consultant and manager and me as a customer was horrible and I never felt appreciated as a paying customer. Instead, I was insulted for shopping in their "super budget center" as they called it and was treated like an inconvenience. When attempting to find out what my status in the buying process was, I was directed and redirected, transferred and disconnected before I finally got any answers. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of communication as well as the disrespect I was treated with. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, though I've previous even owned Toyotas. More

He took the time to answer any questions that we had and was very professional. The most memorable thing about the experience was how good he treated my son. He had my 8 year old son help put the license plates on the new car. I cannot say how special that made him feel and the impression it made on our family. We will always go to Wilde Toyota in the future because of this very positive experience. Needless to say my son is excited for the day when he can purchase his own car from Len.
