Flawless! From my initial phone call to Wilde Toyota, to the end of the sale, I could not have been more pleased! I had been looking for a car for over a month. I had interactions with other dealerships that were less than favorable. I called Wilde on a whim. I had a day off and thought, maybe there is someone who can find what I'm looking for? I called and talked with Amy. I gave her my "list of requirements" and she promptly said, I have exactly what you are looking for! I was shocked! How could this be? I have spent a month talking with other dealers, and just like that that she had exactly what I was looking for! I was elated! My final request to Amy, please put me in the hands of a really nice salesperson. A few minutes later, I got a call back from Kevin Nelson setting up a time to see the car. I was so excited! From the minute I met Kevin, I knew he was going to be great for me. He answered all of my questions and was understanding of my situation regarding my husband not being able to make it to the dealership. Many dealers I encountered, didn't want to talk with me, without my husband. Kevin understood the needs of a small business owner. We decided to purchase the vehicle. The dealership gave us a fair price on our trade. Chris in the finance department was excellent as well! Chris also was patient with the fact that I was doing this transaction without my husband present. I really felt that each person I encountered in the process was working with me, and for me. I made the call on Thursday at 10am to Wilde Toyota. On Friday at 1pm the car I wanted, was mine! I cant say enough about the 3 people I encountered at Wilde. I will buy from Kevin again. Hopefully next year when we need a car for our daughter! Thank you, thank you, thank you, for such excellent customer service. More

Rob Davis- He'll Work Up a Sweat After parking our car, we were immediately met by Rob Davis, a 15 year vet of Wilde who clearly takes his job seriously. Rob is outgoing, personable and knowledgeable of the stock on the lot. We told him our price range and car needs and he produced 4-5 options almost immediately. We walked away from the lot that night and explored other dealerships. We returned to Wilde the next day and Rob Davis, as if he had a built in radar, met us on the lot again. At the other dealerships, we encountered terrible customer service but at Wilde, Rob Davis represents his employer well. He showed us a few more options and then the real process started, negotiating the price. Rob did a nice job of getting us close to what we wanted to spend and also continued to do so paying dignity to the customer. If you are going to buy a used car, look up Rob Davis at Wilde. He will work up a sweat trying to find the perfect car for you. The only area for improvement we saw was in the financing area. It took way too long to process our purchase. While they were friendly and competent, our time was important that day and we sat for nearly 3 hours. Despite this hiccup, we were still very pleased with Rob and the gang at Wilde. We'll have no reservations about going there again and recommending them to friends. More

Perfect For Even The First Time Buyer! I came to Wilde Toyota searching for a used 2007 Acura TL that they had listed on their website. Once I entered the used car sales department, I immed I came to Wilde Toyota searching for a used 2007 Acura TL that they had listed on their website. Once I entered the used car sales department, I immediately got Dealer Kevin Nelson who showed me to the car I was looking for. It was a quick and snappy service and I got to test drive it right away. Once I brought it back I immediately knew I loved it and we got to the deal and paperwork right away. They have very flexible financing to fit what works for you, Kevin Nelson was able to make that work for us. Now I came pretty later in the day, and even though their systems were down that night they were able to get all the credit checking done in time for me to take it home the same night. Once all was said and done, we went outside and my plates were already transferred over from my trade-in to my new car and it was all ready to take home.
