Amazing, helpful, truly a kind soul~~~ The day we walked into the dealership we could of never expected to find such an caring man, with a warm smile and a kind heart. Being on a deadline The day we walked into the dealership we could of never expected to find such an caring man, with a warm smile and a kind heart. Being on a deadline to find a used car is hard enough, then factor in financial restraints and a very serious medical diagnosis that I just learned of hours before meeting Kevin, I thought it was an impossible task!!! Clearly it was not for Kevin. I don't know of anyone else I've ever purchased a car from new or used that would of had so much patience and understanding as Kevin did. In my eyes, I was a difficult customer asking for the impossible but Kevin never once made me feel that way. He took into consideration what I wanted and needed. When we had just about given up hope after nearing a full 2 day search Kevin brought out the last car for me to look at .... I returned on cloud nine in a gorgeous car that I had just had checked out by our mechanic and was told I had found the "perfect" car!!! I take no credit for "finding" the perfect car it was Kevin who worked endlessly to find the perfect car for me. The next day I was driving off the lot in most beautiful Rav 4 I could of asked for :) I could go on forever with all the wonderful things I could say about Kevin, simply put, he is absolutely a one of a kind and a man who, in my opinion, went above and beyond for us whenever he could. He genuinely cared about us as people and not just a sale and I will be referring anyone I know looking for a car to come and buy from Kevin!!!!! It is an honor to know him and to have purchased my perfect car from him. More
