Dealer didn't keep his promised delivery for the order. There were 3 months' time to the delivery and when the time came, they couldn't even tell when we would get the car. They knew that we wouldn't the get the car we needed but still they promised it. We ended up buying a different car than we ordered because we needed it. Very disappointed. They also tried not to pay the promised trade in price. Luckily, we had the offer on paper. The whole process was very fraudulent. The forms which used to calculate the price had mistakes and we were told that they cannot be corrected. It is sad that I cannot trust the dealers. If the car wouldn't as reliable as it is (me and my kids have had 7 Toyotas) I would buy from the sealer. It is sad to see that the sales process is so bad and inefficient. They destroy value! I wasted hours with the dealer (sales & finance) despite of the fact that I knew exactly what I wanted and paid in cash, I had all the options and prices printed (from internet Toyotas pages). I bought Tesla few months ago and spent 10 minutes in the whole process!! Hopefully the truck is OK. (Software and its functionality seem not to be where it should be in today's world but hopefully the reliability of the truck can compensate for it) More

Salesman is the worst title you could give Bill. I can think of a couple better… Trusted Advisor, Automobile specialist, or good guy. Chris ignored my email requests for the OTD pricing, I was able to get the info from their BDC rep who was actually pretty good. However when I got to talk to Chris over the phone it became clear that as was able to get the info from their BDC rep who was actually pretty good. However when I got to talk to Chris over the phone it became clear that as much as I liked the car, this is not the guy to buy from. Turns out he has a policy of not providing OTD over email which apparently comes along with a policy of not replying to emails at all. He refused to take outside financing which I guess he has a right to do. What's not okay is to come up with bogus reasons why that is. Anyways, these were enough red flags for me to take my business elsewhere. More
