While spending 6 hours buying and financing a truck, John informed us they do a 123 point inspection. Because it's used, we were concerned there might be issues. However John once again informed us that we not only had to pick up the truck in 24 hours but their 123 point inspection would catch any issues. Purchased 2017 Traverse on 2–26-2022 . Deal was final.Before we drove off the lot.We heard noises in engine.We were told engine needed to warm up.Took vehicle home and 2 hours later transmi Deal was final.Before we drove off the lot.We heard noises in engine.We were told engine needed to warm up.Took vehicle home and 2 hours later transmission went out.I should of known when I complained of noises.They told us to invest in a warranty.Wow what a coincidence.By the way I’m a single parent with three wonderful girls.They jeopardize are safety and trust we had in Wilde Toyota.So they used the warranty to fix.Cost was $3884.89.Wilde called me and said they would take care of deductible $250.00.Wow!So they call us and say truck is ready. I don’t trust them at this point.We told Wilde we have a dependable garage to inspect the vehicle.They said fine.Took vehicle to Pope Auto Worx.Both rear upper control arms are bad,Rear tires inner edges are smooth,recommended checking balance on front tires and aligning the vehicle,left front headlight has moisture in it ,vehicle was hit on driver’s side,front struts are leaking,rear shocks are leaking,transmission fluid seen on top of transmission and power steering fluid leaking by hose.All I wanted to hear was you would make it right.Obviously you didn’t care.That’s the advantage all dealerships have right now taking advantage of consumers.Who am I?
