I was given the run around after a few visits, just to find out after paying over $600 on back breaks, that my front breaks needed replaced. The cost jumped to $1,300. The Salesman, Jordan, was very helpful and patiently answered all of our questions. He helped us evaluate several different possible cars, and worked with us on the pricing for our trade in. Within a week our car was ready for delivery and he spent the time needed to familiarize us with the car, its settings and operation. The Finance portion of the sale was handled by Q, and he did a good job to show us the various warranty options available. The one time I would like to see in the future, is that I had requested the pricing information for extended warranties prior to the closing, which did not happen. If the customer requests this in advance, it should be provided ahead of time , so that the customer can think about the options available. Overall, an excellent experience at Wilde Toyota. More

Usually good, but my service last time was ridiculous. I went in for a simple tire rotation and it took 2 hours. They have a text feature where you can text your service agent throughout the service and I I went in for a simple tire rotation and it took 2 hours. They have a text feature where you can text your service agent throughout the service and I sent 5 messages with no response, couldn’t find him anywhere and eventually had to ask someone else, and once he was called over the loudspeaker he miraculously appeared and was “just finishing up my paperwork”. It was very frustrating and a waste of my time. Unfortunately this incident tainted my opinion of Wilde but overall I think they are good. More

Finance Manager Noman Arshad took advantage of my mental disability and added on warranties that I said I did not want and thought I was agreeing to not purchase.
