He was friendly, kind and respectful. No hard pressure. He got us a great deal on our 2017 RAV 4 Limited. He came in early in the morning just for us so we could take delivery of our vechile. Matt spent a lot of time with us, answering questions, going over all the features in our RAV. I can't say enough about him. We dealt with Kathy Watson and Phil Lo as our finance managers. They were both great! Kathy was very friendly and thorough in going over our financing the day of the purchase but we interacted with Phil the next day when we finalized the deal and picked up the car. Phil was very friendly, fun, and thorough in doing our financing. This was our second experience with Wilde Toyota. Both times were wonderful. I would recommend this dealership! John the Sales Manager (short guy) came to meet us when we were ready to leave. A very nice touch. More

I was looking for something that could handle 4 grandkids and pull a tra It was very refreshing dealing with Kevin while searching for a used vehicle. I was looking for something that could handle 4 grandkids and pull a trailer. Kevin and I talked about trucks and SUV's. We decided that trucks were just too big for my everyday life, a big SUV didn't fit into my budget and a mid size SUV didn't have the towing capacity I was looking for. Kelvin then suggested I try a Toyota Sienna minivan, it would fit all the grandkids, my dogs and pull a trailer too. I fell in love with the very first one I test drove, but I wanted to test drive another one. Kevin tossed me the keys and I hopped in. I sat there without even starting the engine, I told Kevin that this Sienna just didn't feel right for me and that the first felt better. We talked for a while longer, then I told him I'd think about it and get back to him. The next day I stopped in and Kevin had another Sienna for me to test drive. Long story short, I did the test drive, loved that one even more than the first one and I bought it. Thanks Kevin!!! Liars, Waste of Time My daughter and I spent over 10 horrid hours at this dealership in a matter of two days, including running back and forth to the bank and vendors to g My daughter and I spent over 10 horrid hours at this dealership in a matter of two days, including running back and forth to the bank and vendors to get Wilde paperwork they said was required. They claimed that there was a residency issue that complicated the sale, but they outright lied to us several times (and we found out that the residency was not a question in the end.) When I questioned them when nothing made sense, they claimed Toyota itself was requiring more paperwork so the dealer kept coming up with more schemes and sending me off for more documentation which they wouldn't even accept. At one point they asked me to change my current auto's insurance to a different state to show the address they desired on the insurance card -- besides this being unethical and could cause me loss of coverage, the insurance card wouldn't be showing the address anyway; wouldn't a dealer know this? They even claimed that we weren't qualified for some incentives, giving no reason other than Toyota denied the application. And apparently laws in Wisconsin about co-signers are different than laws throughout the U.S.; they claimed a co-signer never has a bearing on the interest rate so at one point they didn't even want me to co-sign. In the end, after waiting two last hours for the "exceptional loan rate" they found for us, and having them put new contracts in front of us to sign here and there without yet telling us the rate, we had had enough. They said we should either just wait until the next week (interesting, that would be when the deals and incentives had already expired) or take their exceptional loan rate of 6% compared to the 0% being offered. When we demanded our deposit back, they did get us a lower rate of 5% (almost 2% higher than local banks) -- but the finance person claimed to be waiting for "his friend's" email back to approve of that lowered rate while my daughter watched his screen the whole time and no emails were sent back and forth! LIARS AND A WASTE OF TIME!! As for further proof, we went to another dealer, gave them LESS paperwork than what was submitted to Wilde, my daughter immediately got an email from Toyota regarding processing her application -- something that she never gotten through Wilde's alleged dealings with Toyota -- and we picked up the car the very next business day. All incentives given including 0% and no residency issues. More on that dealer in another post -- top rating for them! More
