Oil change gone wrong First off i want to start by saying I have been going to this dealership for years and have never had a problem with them. 2 days ago I took my car in First off i want to start by saying I have been going to this dealership for years and have never had a problem with them. 2 days ago I took my car in for a simple oil change/tire rotation along with the check on fluids/etc. It came out with major clunking going on so I take it back to them and somehow the brakes weren't put together properly and the wheel cyclinder broke. They repaired it no cost and provided a shuttle which was amazing! I go to pick up the car later that evening and as I'm driving home I start to hear clunking again. (Mind you when I brought it in there wasnt any clunking) I call them up and set up an appointment for today. I bring it in and one of the machnics looks into for me and tells me it's because of old hardware on my brake system. Its a 05' so I don't put any second thoughts against him. Well it's $70 later, they fix the hardware put the brake system all back together. And what do you know it starts making more noises on the way home then the way there. I am severely disappointed. I'm not going to bring it back and have them tell me i need to spend more money, when the only reason any of this began is because a mechanic didn't do his job right. It's sad when they admit it. I thoight I could trust them, but sadly I can't. It's more sad when their own shuttle man tells me they don't have enough people working because they are too cheap to hire more, even more sad when he says alot of cars have been coming back. Do yourself a favor and go to machanic you trust. I thought because it's a dealership they would be a straight shot. Well now my car is sitting in the garage with even more sounds than going in. And we all know how it goes you can't prove anything, so they won't help. Total waste of time and $70. 😒😒 More

Overall great service I needed a new muffler and David remembered me from an emissions test he did for me a few weeks prior. He mentioned I should have my muffler taken care of so I came back a few weeks later and he was eager to help me out. David was reachable at any time of the day and really cares about his customers. He took the time to walk me through what my car needed and checked everything to make sure the maintenance of my car is up to date. Overall, David took the time to help me and is someone I will continue to seek to service my car. More
Never Again!!! On the evening of July 10th my wife and I had to desperately find a car due to my son's transmission failing. Unfortunately for us it was getting dark On the evening of July 10th my wife and I had to desperately find a car due to my son's transmission failing. Unfortunately for us it was getting dark and really couldn't get a good look at the body of the Nissan we were told several times after asking more than twice if it was clean. We were not able to take it home that night due to the time, so we came back the next afternoon at 4:30 or so. Weirdly there was someone almost waiting for us. We even moved in the lot to go into a different door and were followed by the same gentleman. He asked who we were looking for and took us inside. We did all the paperwork and still asked about the integrity of the car. Clean car fax is the answer we always got. We took the car home and unfortunately the next morning, not even 12 hours after signing a 8 point deer hit the passenger side of the Nissan. When I got to work and the sun was out I could see what was sold.to me. I've hit many deer in my life and know the damage that they can make but never have had 1 to 2 square feet of metal quarter panel taken off. Well it just so happens that the rear passenger quarter panel was patched with more than a quarter inch of bondo and I also discovered that the whole passenger side has been repainted unprofessionally!! I sent photos to the salesman and called him immediately after discovering all this and got a answer that it was primer. I've never seen primer applied that thick in my life being a sheet metal shop foreman. He then said a manager would contact me very soon. After an hour or so I finally got a call to here from him to tell me that 65 to 75 percent of all used cars go to the body shop and legally they don't have to disclose that to the buyer. I realize that as a buyer you have to be aware of what you are purchasing, but I also think that honesty in a large corporation is expected. Everyone that saw my car that day was floored that it passed there so called inspection by there certified mechanics. There was still pieces of masking tape on the lower bumper and the rear window from the poor paint job along with over spray on the door handles. Customer service later that day after 30.minutes of conversation told my wife "Mam it is your car now and your problem" wow!! There deal to me was to claim it on insurance and they would then inspect the car again to determine if they would buy it back from me. The body shop repairs totalled over 4500 and at least 1/3 of that cost was due to 12 hours of work on the quarter panel with the bondo. Why would I go back and risk them telling me the car was worth less than the original deal. All I wanted was for them to take the car and fix it however they wished, which we all know is cheaper for them, and give me my trade in and deposit back. That wasn't the case!! They never said the didn't know and never said they did but anyone who could of seen this vehicle in daylight would have known. Lesson learned is don't buy in a panic and never buy when it is getting dark and even when you asked for honesty you more than likely won't get an honest answer. At least I guess I have the side of the car that was hacked together repaired professionally. I will never go back, not even for the maintenance plan I also purchased. More
Not good I needed to buy a car after my Yaris was totaled. I felt like I spent hours there test driving at least 6 red cars (my favorite color). Mike, the sales person, was very helpful and patient. Financing went well. The problem i have is when I picked up the car the inside looked like it was not given a good cleaning especially the windows. They were covered with a film of dirt. But the worst was i was told the scratches would be buffed out and they were not. I was told i could bring it back to have it done for free. Not acceptable. Everything should have been done when i put a deposit down. The more i thought about it the more angry i got. Then after 2 months the oil and filter light went on. WHY? Everything under the hood should of been checked, fluids changed etc. This tells me no one looked under the hood. I was apprehensive about buying from Wilde and turns out i was right. More

I didn't feel it appropriate to return to Safro/Napleton Toyota after years of service there and the treatment my husband received from them after getting hurt on the job after 19 years of dedicated service there. I truly felt Henry Tessmer and Co. don't appreciate people and therefore didn't want to share my hard earned money at his place of business. Therefore I asked my husband who he knew in the business. He spoke highly of Mr. Mike Greco. I asked where he was at. He told me Wilde Toyota. I asked if he would contact him and get something set up. Which He did. Mike set us up with John Puering, John involved Adam when things were discovered about poor workmanship over an accident in cured 2 months after I took delivery in 2007. They also explained as my husband believed that the regenerative batteries failed. Wow! Mike and John got them covered all but shipping and installation. Then explained about a leaky water pump, which we had replaced, along with some other necessary repairs. Now it's off to Goffs Auto body to get corrected. A Big Kudos to Mike, John, Adam, and the Tech. I look forward to continuing my service at Wilde Toyota, and can not wait to get the 51 mpg Rav from them. Thanks, Joyce W More

Our salesman was Guiseppe Fuoti. Guiseppi was personable, amiable and respectful in every way without any signs of pressure of selling us a car. He was knowledgable about the cars we test drove and patient. It was a pleasant experience working with Guiseppe. We look forward to returning to Wilde Toyota when we are in the market for a new car and ask for Guiseppe. One more thing to add. My wife and I seriously looked for a car for three months going to just about every dealer in Milwaukee County and Racine. Wilde Toyota not only had the car we wanted, they had a welcoming and patient staff throughout our experience More
