Also, he thoroughly showed me how to work the vehicle with all the new bottoms. Tom worked with Ken(finance manager) and Ian(sales manager) to helped expedite our wait time since we were in there for several hours. But the long wait was not their fault since we had a freeze in our credit. This is our second time buying from this dealership; Tom, Ken, and Ian have made this experience much better than the first and have exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend working with them.
