Wilde Toyota made it an easy decision to go with them. I worked with two salesmen. I first met Jim Sauceda and he answered all of my questions and even emailed me on his day off. After the bad experience at the other place, I decided to head straight to Wilde. When I got in, Tyler Brown helped me out and he was terrific. He was knowledgeable and worked with me to get the deal I wanted with no pressure. He went above and beyond what I needed him to do to get the sale which felt great. The Finance Manager Ken was honest in his recommendations and helped me get through the process with ease. The Sales Manager, Ian came at the end of the deal and chatted for bit as well. This was probably the most easy-going, pleasant experience I've had in any large purchase I've made. Matt was not in the least bit pushy. Even though I had my mind made up on what I wanted, pretty much before arriving, Matt took the extra time to allow me to look at other comparable vehicles to be sure I was getting what I wanted. Very accommodating from start to finish! Finishing up financing with PJ was just as pleasant. He maintained a very personable attitude from start to finish, even though I was the last customer of an extremely busy day, and everyone was ready to head out. Thank you! Would definitely recommend.
