I found my 2016 Limited 4Runner online and had my dad go check it out, since I live in Ohio and he's in Milwaukee. He loved it and put down some money for me, so they would hold it until I could get to Wisc check it out, since I live in Ohio and he's in Milwaukee. So, 13 years after purchasing my RAV4 and moving to Ohio, I returned to Milwaukee and Wilde to purchase another vehicle. This time around, I worked with Jim, who was a straight shooter, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. I can't say enough about the whole dealership and staff. More

Matt made the process SO easy. He listened when I explained the different options I was looking into, patiently waited while I test drove and then re-test drove multiple vehicle, went through pros and cons of every option and still never made me feel pressured into purchasing a car from him. He was very personable, easy going, and really made this experience so much better. He worked to get me the best price possible and I ended up with a really great deal on a car that I love so much. Worst salesman ever I called this dealership and was sent to Michael Groh on Friday, May 15, 2020 expressing my interest in a Land Cruiser they have for sale. We had a nice conversation and he articulated his knowledge of the vehicle and would need 2-3 days to find shipping rates to my state. I thought, "good this guy is helpful:. I didn't hear back from him, so called back Thursday, May 21, 2020. He said, he was preparing for a Memorial Day Sale at his dealership and was still waiting on shipping quotes, and that he would call me Tuesday May 26, 2020 after their Sales Event. I called back 2 weeks later on June 5, 2020 and was sent to his voicemail yet again. No call back or any courtesy whatsoever. Not sure how this guy still has a job at this dealership, or how the dealership can manage with a sales guys this bad. In this day and age, communication is a great way to keep buyers coming to buy your product, not sure how this dealership didn't get that memo... More
