I ended up just getting air put in my tires, so there’s not a lot of feedback to provide. However, I received a few emails prior to my visit suggesting I come in for a service call based on the age of my l not a lot of feedback to provide. However, I received a few emails prior to my visit suggesting I come in for a service call based on the age of my lease. Because I have driven a relatively small amount of miles, it turns out that no standard service, like an oil change, was required. I suggest that the people taking my call should ask a few questions to determine if a service call is necessary. More

Excellent service and fair pricing on both the new Signia and on the trade in Avalon. Edgar (sales) was very knowledgeable about both vehicles and was low pressure and friendly and outgoing. Everyone we dealt with was very nice, from sales manager to finance manager, and the entire experience while not relaxing, wasn't anywhere as stressful as prior vehicle purchases from other brands.
