Worst Dealership Ever Customer service is not their top priority and their employees are not qualified in what they do. If you want a brand new car that does not work, pur Customer service is not their top priority and their employees are not qualified in what they do. If you want a brand new car that does not work, purchase it and have it serviced at Wilde. My brand new, less than one year old car’s engine blew because during an oil change here they forgot to put in the oil. No problem if you want a new car, because after their mess up, they will be happy to sell you a new one. Only problem is you will be out money from their major mistake. They bought my car back at auction value and sold me a new one for more than they would to a random person walking through their doors. They did this because they knew my hands were tied, I waited over three months for them to fix my car with a new engine that was covered under warranty that never happened due to a number of mistakes made by their staff. More
