We were able to agree on a new lease within an hour of walking in the door! They were also very patient with my elderly mother. My sister and I had been working for over two weeks with another local dealer who was very unresponsive to doing business with us via telephone and email even though he knew my sister from out of state was paying for the vehicle. In the meantime, my elderly mother went into their dealership to choose the color of new car she wanted and they literally tried to sell her a car at MSRP. They also took money from her to hold a car even though they knew my sister was the one who was paying for the car and even though there were plenty of the type of car she liked available. If you want to deal with nice people with integrity who don't put you through all the new car sales B.S., go to Wilde and ask for Michael Frank. More
