Service Department needs an overhaul. Took my car in Monday morning for a faulty valve replacement and oil change. I was told it should take about 2.5 hours - got a ride home with their shuttle driver- which the driver was on the phone with the Service Dept and was speaking rudely about a customer who missed her ride. After numerous phone calls finally got my car back at 5pm. Was told they were short staffed and that caused the delay. ???? Started for home and the car was making a ticking noise, turned around - the tech could hear it and took it back to the guys to make sure everything was ok. I was told it was probably due to the oil change and fluids adjusting??? Took it back again on Wednesday as it was still happening and now my auto on/off function was acting up. I was given a loaner for the day as they were quite busy, finally at 4pm called again - they couldnt find the noise or find anything wrong with the auto on/off start. They kept it overnight so they could try it first thing in the morning. I went to the dealer Thursday morning and all of a sudden they realized that a gasket was not replaced after the work was done and the battery was bad in the auto on/off function. Really??? Got the car home no more ticking but now my auto on/off function does not appear to be working - at this point I am not going back. More

This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and I could not have asked for a better experience than what Wilde Subaru provided.
