Terrible responsiveness. I am now on my fourth Subaru. (Yeah, I like Subaru.) My sales guy for the recent Outback was good, but the woman who'd sold me my first one, and my I am now on my fourth Subaru. (Yeah, I like Subaru.) My sales guy for the recent Outback was good, but the woman who'd sold me my first one, and my wife her two, threw some serious shade at me when I came in on the sales guy's day off and asked for some information about the car. I left without any help whatsoever. So my 2018 Outback Limited is nice, but the electronics & entertainment are buggy as all getout. At one point, after a phone call, the radio sound was only coming from one speaker. As I was on my way to the dealer, I let it continue, and demonstrated the issue to their "Outback Product Expert," Ava. Restarting the car fixed it (i.e. rebooting.) I asked her to report this, and get back to me with whether it was a known bug. I never heard from her again. (Ed. : If doing so was not her job, she should not have agreed to do it.) On November 4th, the car repeatedly failed to launch "Android Auto" as it otherwise does, so I called the dealer to find out if I was doing something wrong. They promised a callback "within 30 minutes," which I never received. On December 6th, my wife reported to me mid-evening that it was sitting in the garage (unattended and not running) making a weird noise. I recorded the noise and noted the location (under the rear axle) and sent the audio file to the service email on the 7th with an explanation, asking them to tell me what the sound was, and if it was a problem. I got no response, so on the 8th, I called, and spoke to a Mr. Hinkle, who asked me to send it to his email. I did so, and to date, have heard nothing back. ---- Update: Service called me and apologized, we set up an appointment, and they updated the software in my system (there were several known issues, two of which were those I'd complained about.) They also explained the noise I'd asked about. Sales, except for an aggressive and rather whiny email from the saleswoman I mentioned in my first paragraph, has not gotten back to me, weeks later. (Reminder - my own sales guy, Mike, was first-rate.) I've upgraded the review from two to three stars, at service's request, but only that far, since I had the problem in the first place, and because sales's response was so underwhelming. More

Even though she has always been friendly, this is the first time she has sold us a car. Jackie is not only friendly, but is she knows about Subarus. She did her best to get finish all the paperwork in a timely manner and was very easy to work with. Brett Dumstrey completed the paperwork and was helpful as well. After a strong negotiation I got a price I was happy with on my Impreza, (I actually enjoy the haggling) and getting t Kailee was great to deal with. After a strong negotiation I got a price I was happy with on my Impreza, (I actually enjoy the haggling) and getting the exact package I wanted was worth the wait, even though it took almost 10 weeks. Financing was pretty much a breeze - they had it all set up when I got there. Was very impressed that they went through all the features with me. It's complicated now with all the digital stuff and safety features, so it was "information overload" but they handled that well. I always joke that you have to have a teenager to set up your computer and multimedia systems, and they literally had one to walk me through it. (Thanks Ava.) So excited to have my all wheel drive - bring on the snow! More

We explained it was about an hour drive for us from Racine, WI. She said she would stay until we got there so we could see a few Cars we were interested in. We struck a freat deal very painless not the typical 4 or 5 hours of negotiations you normally expect at a large Dealer. We teat drove a Beautiful WRX Subaru and started the process. We were out of there in about 3 hrs. Start to finish. Josh the Finance guy did a great job Explaining what Wilde would do for us in the future if we needes service repairs or help even purchasing another vehicle down the Road. It was important to be able to get service anywhere there was a Subaru dealer as we travel alot. I would recommend any to checknout Wilde and definitely look up Kalie.
