And even when I was being "difficult" they maintained their friendliness. All the associates were very knowledgeable to my vehicle, features, and other factors that affect the loan and warranties. Matt, and the rest of the associates I dealt with were so caring and understanding with the unique situation I had in the process of purchasing a vehicle, which is why I ultimately chose Wilde over the rest! Best experience in buying a car. This was the easiest and best experience I have ever had in buying a car. My old Subaru Legacy 2015 was totaled when a family member who had borrowed This was the easiest and best experience I have ever had in buying a car. My old Subaru Legacy 2015 was totaled when a family member who had borrowed my car was hit by another car which ran a red light. I loved the old car, so I wanted to get the same model in a 2019 version. My local dealer and another dealer only 25 miles away did not have the model in stock. Then I emailed Corey Knoelke at Wilde Subaru in Waukesha, which is much farther away. He answered immediately and said that he didn't have one on the lot, but he could get the model I wanted from a dealer farther away. He also quoted a price over $3000 below the price quote from my local dealer (who would have to order it from the factory). I immediately agreed to the deal and gave a deposit. The new week I took the bus to get to Waukesha and picked up the car. Corey was extremely helpful and friendly, and the whole transaction was smooth and quick. He answered all my questions and showed me around the new features on the 2019. I am very appreciative of Corey's wonderful help. More

Returned my car damaged Kept my daughters car for over 2 1/2 weeks for a recall. Upon getting it home, we noticed the passenger side directional had been completely broken of Kept my daughters car for over 2 1/2 weeks for a recall. Upon getting it home, we noticed the passenger side directional had been completely broken off and the lever that adjusts the back of the seat is now broken so the back of the seat can no longer be adjusted. My daughter contacted someone while out of state and I still haven’t received a call back yet. NEVER go here. More

Won’t ever buy a car here again. I bought a car from Wilde Subaru two years ago. I came in with my fiancé, paid in CASH, did all the negotiating, wrote my name first on the title and. I bought a car from Wilde Subaru two years ago. I came in with my fiancé, paid in CASH, did all the negotiating, wrote my name first on the title and.... my fiancé’s name ended up on my car. Guess my gender... To some this may not seem like a big deal, but every time I bring it in for service (ofcourse I was dumb enough to be tied to them with the service book), it is a slap in my face. I have told 5 people over the years to change it to my name. They all say, yes ofcourse. A kind receptionist even offered without me saying anything to change it. It has NEVER been done. Some may not understand this but I worked incredibly hard to purchase this car with no financial assistance from my spouse. It was the first car I loved that I bought and it is just disappointing. Also, on one occasion I was told I needed new break pads. I went to my dad to install these. He looks at them and they are perfectly fine. When I brought my car back, because of the book, this time they were perfect. I have had experiences like this too many times. I would pay extra to go to a dealership run by women where I didn’t constantly feel uncomfortable and taken advantage of, despite knowing as much as the male next to me. More
