Completely Online and Honest I had been searching for a Forester for 8 months to get an idea of what a great price was but also because finding a Forester in my preferences was di I had been searching for a Forester for 8 months to get an idea of what a great price was but also because finding a Forester in my preferences was difficult to do. I worked with Kay completely online. She suggested that I order next year's model because they weren't going to receive anymore current year models. I built my Forester on Subaru.com and sent her my build. She gave me an offer that was in line with all my other offers throughout the year and so I accepted it and placed a deposit. It took 5 weeks for my Forester to arrive. When I came in to pick it up, Kay right away let me know that they messed up and someone had taken it on a test drive; I wouldn't be the first to drive my Forester that I ordered and waited 5 weeks to receive. It was very honest of her to tell me that and so they offered me some accessories because of their mess up. I felt like this trade was fair. Overall, it was a great experience and they made me feel top priority the entire time. Kay went over all the settings with me and she is very knowledgeable about the Forester. She's been one of the best salespeople I have ever worked with because of those reasons described above. I'll be keeping my Subaru for a while, but if anyone asks where to get a Subaru, I will be sure to recommend Kay and Wilde Subaru. More

Dan was friendly, professional, polite and informative. He presented options for additional warranties, etc., but did not pressure us in any way, which is a refreshing change.
