Great experience It was our first experience with Wilde Subaru. We were pleased from start to finish. Our friends purchased a Subaru and loved it. I contacted the dealership and Belmir is who responded to me. I thought that I wanted a crosstrek . We told him what price range we were looking at and he was unable to get us into one within our range. Instead, he was able to work with us to offer an impreza hatchback in that range. I reluctantly agreed to come test drive it. The rest is history. I fell in love. Belmir was such a pleasure to deal with. He put me at ease answering questions and giving me information without being pushy. I walk out when a salesperson turns on the sales pitch. He suggested I have my husband come and drive it also and we scheduled a date for that. My husband also fell in love with the impreza. All we had to do was order the color we wanted, which we were told was due in shortly. All went smoothly and Belmir kept in constant contact with us about any changes in plans. When we went to pick up the vehicle, he was so kind and patient to walk us through all of the bells and whistles of the new vehicle. When it came time to do financing, Brett took care of us in a very professional and friendly way without being pushy again. We ended up adding things that we had not intended to do because of his caring explanations and examples. No pressure! The sales manager greeted us and thanked us with a genuine concern for our satisfaction. It was a totally positive experience from start to finish. We will be happy to do business with Wilde Subaru in the future. More

Then there was the usual walk-through of the difficult technology that comes with a new car. This was time-consuming but the dealership was patient and answered all my questions. Simple and honest This was, by far, the easiest and smoothest and fastest car buying experience I've ever had (and I've been through this process about 6 times). Purchase of 2020 Crosstrek had a top notch experience at Wilde. My salesperson, Keith Landwehr, was thorough and professional. He worked diligently with his Sales Manager to get me the best price and car lease. He made sure I understood the technical and mechanical features of the vehicle. I felt comfortable and once I decided to close the lease, Keith set everything up with finance so when I came in to sign the lease paperwork and pick up the car everything was in order. Brett took care of the lease and he was also on top of everything and very informative, explaining everything to my understanding. Due to the weather the night Ipicked up my car, Keith brought my Crosstrek and my Honda (that I was turning in into the service garage so I could clean out my Honda and put everything in my Crosstrek. I have been invited back in a couple of days with any questions and also in a couple of weeks so the dynamics of the car could be reviewed again by Kelley. This car is amazing! Thanks to Keith, a diligent salesman. I have heard that people who have Subaru's typically never go with any other car. Well, I am now a true believer. I have only had my new 2020 Crosstrek for a few days and from the time I left the lot on a very slick snowy evening, I have absolutely loved my new car. One thing that I thought was awesome was the fact that Wilde donates a portion of every sale to one of six charities of the buyers choice. More

We had looked at some Outbacks at Wilde, and knew exactly what we wanted, but they did not have the color we wanted. "No problem", said Matt. In just a few days, they found one at another dealer, and had it brought to Wilde for us. We closed on the deal with Josh in Finance, and he was very helpful as well.
