For the first time in many years, fell short of expectations. Short-staffed no communication. Texted one service person five times and left one voicemail, no response, needed an estimate for the se expectations. Short-staffed no communication. Had to look unexpectedly leave the car due to lack of technicians. Chris is the only one that took care of me appropriately while other young people sat around on their phones not even acknowledging the presence of other customers. I'm a very patient person, but this experience really frustrated me. I gave the experience three stars because of Chris. More

Sorry I didn't get the name of the attendant who took care of my car. Besides my regular checkup, he followed up on postcard I had regarding battery lawsuit.
