I had already investigated and test driven my choice of car which was the Subaru Forester (2011), so I knew what I wanted and had researched a good price. She responded very quickly with an awesome price and their was a special financing price going on for 2011 models which is why I was going new. We agreed upon a price and within days I had an appointment to meet with Christine, Ian and the business manager for the financing. Chris was there to meet me at our agreed upon time and everything was handled quickly, efficiently and in a very friendly, customer oriented manner. I am very happy with the car and the service I received. I would highly recommend this dealership. I think they were outstanding in all areas and marked good in the quality of work because I am not sure what this means and haven't had any work done on my car there. He didn't pressure me to buy extra options, but he did point out one feature I hadn't noticed and decided I did want. Even after the sale was completed, he spent an hour helping me to set up the blue tooth to my phone and answering my questions. More
