What a great dealership. I always have a great car purchase experience. When I take my Forester in for service, I feel like I am treated like I'm at a 5-Star hotel. This was my best dealership experience to date; Ryan was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. The expectations were clear, and even though I had to wait for my vehicle to arrive from the fact friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. I particularly appreciated Ryan giving me a walkthrough of all of the features of my new car; I've purchased two new vehicles in the past, including another Subaru at a different dealership, and I never felt I got this level of service during the final transition, so I appreciate Ryan taking the time to do it. My only "opportunity for improvement" would be to have proactively let me know the vehicle was in; I had to follow up a few times to schedule time to pick up my car, which was the only minor negative in the whole experience.
