My initial research began on 2012 Subaru Outback Limited - Ruby Red Pearl I would consider my overall car buying experience with Wilde Subaru an A-1! My initial research began on the Internet, surveying many Subaru dealers near and not so near. My initial contact with Wilde was in the person of Christine Glass. All of the internet correspondence was done via e-mail and it easily enabled me to zero in on the best price among the many dealerships I solicited. Christine was always courteous, responsive and complete when answering my questions. I DID ask lots of questions! When I finally asked for an "out the door" price, that was what I received that same day. No "surprises" was the term she used and that was what I wanted to hear. Wilde's pricing bettered the competition by enough of an amount that I decided to do business with Wilde despite the distance. I had a trade in and Christine and I discussed the range of values I would consider "fair" and I mentioned that in my past experiences, the trade deal was usually the most difficult and sometimes a possible deal breaker. Christine felt that the ranges of my pricing expectations were realistic and assured me once again that there would be no "surprises". Scott Obst was the sales person who would be handling my delivery. Scott was excellent. The vehicle decided upon was already on order direct from Subaru and it was estimated for delivery on 1/25/12. Scott always kept me posted on the delivery status. Delivery occurred as scheduled and he called immediately to let me know that my car was in and it was sharp! We set up an appointment for the following Saturday, 1/28/12. Even though it was a busy sales day right from the get - go, Scott took care of our business promptly, efficiently and courteously. The trade valuation was indeed fair and went off without a hitch. We dealt with Brian Omets briefly to take care of the financing part of the deal. That was a pleasurable experience as well. No hassles or high pressure on anything. Sign on the many dotted lines and my wife and I were back on our way to Appleton in our New Outback! Well done Wilde team. Keep up the great work! More

He rated Subaru very highly in general, and specifically recommended the Impreza. Having driven a small SUV for the past 8 years, I was very impressed that this sedan had all-wheel drive, a feature which I find to be extremely important. I went to Wilde, met Jackie, and was introduced to my first Subaru. Everyone in the dealership was welcoming and accommodating; they even welcome our 4-legged furry friends, one of which we had with us at the time. Jackie was very knowledgable about all aspects of the Impreza, as well as all the other models, and successfully imparted that knowledge to me in terms that I could easily understand. After selecting what I wanted, I was informed that I would have to wait 5-6 weeks to get the particular model and color that I wanted. Knowing that my need for a new car were more immediate than that, Jackie went to work scouring the entire midwest to find me a car in a more timely manner. In less than a week, I was driving away in my new Impreza. The vehicle she found for me had everything that I wanted, and it was my second choice in color. As it turns out, I think I like the ice silver better anyway. I love my new Subaru and am looking forward to returning to the friendly atmosphere of Wilde Subaru for my first scheduled maintenance. I would highly recommend the dealership and Jackie to anyone in the market for a new car. More
We went on the internet to find an Outback and when we found one we liked, we called Chris and she gave us a price we thought was very reasonable. We then went to the dealer and Steve assisted us some more and let us drive the one we found on the internet. It turned out to be the one we bought and at the price Chris quoted us. No hidden fees or charges. They gave us a good trade in price for our old car and everything went very smoothly and quickly. Actually it was a very enjoyable experience,(a first when it comes to buying a car) and everyone was very friendly and helpful. We love our Outback! More

Drove my last Subaru for 14 years and as it prepared to breath it's last breaths I drove it onto the Wilde Subaru lot. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was even given trade-in value for my old car which I'm not sure I could have driven back off the lot. My sales persons could not have been more accommodating. This was perhaps the first time I've ever walked away from a new car transaction without a headache. More
A friend sent me to Wilde. I knew the car I wanted, the color and the options. I dealt with John Scudder and, after determining that he had exactly what I wanted on the lot, we talked price. I had done my research and, within a very pleasnt 5 minutes, we agreed on a price. I came the next day, traded in my old car at a mutually satisfactory number, and picked up my new car. Ian Scudder spent as much time as I needed going over the new vehicle and even helped me transfer what I needed from the old acr to the new. It is a fw days later and the dealership has already followed up to make sure I am happy. I AM VERY HAPPY! More

I had bought a 2009 Forester and they treated me very well. Nothing has changed since. Chris left me in the capable hands of Lee Stoehr. He wasn't pushy, and was quite friendly and helpful. I test drove both cars before settling on the Legacy, due to more room. Lee guided me through the process, and made sure I saw the people I needed to see. I would recommend Wilde, and Lee, to any of my friends without reservation. I've had my Legacy for just over a week now, and I love it! Talk about sweet! I made no mistake by buying another Subaru, and I definitely made no mistake by buying from Wilde and Lee. Kudos! More

We had a very good experiance working with salesperson Corey as well as managers John and Josh. Eventhough it was very busy they made sure our needs were met and found us the car we wanted and did not hes Corey as well as managers John and Josh.
