I am bringing my 2010 Outback here for services since new. On my 36K service they first time mentioned air filter replacement. I dont know much about cars but when they took it out it was black full of b new. On my 36K service they first time mentioned air filter replacement. I dont know much about cars but when they took it out it was black full of bugs. I dont think air filter replacement is recommended every 36K but what do I know. I know for my other car this is done every year. And on top of everything they charge me $32 to replace it. I would be better of going to autozone and asking them to do it. I will not go back there for services. If they miss air filter what else I should have done by now? Midas here I come. More

My wife and I showed up on a Saturday afternoon and Jackie offered to help us. We were looking for a very specific car and knew what we wanted to pay for it. I just purchased my first Subaru Outback with the help of Jackie Cobe at Wilde-Waukesha. I highly recomment this dealership and the opportunity to work with Jackie Cobe. Needless to say, I am not a person who makes a quick decision with my money. I studied the vehicle, made repeated trips to Wilde to ask questions, and to drive the 2012 and 2013 Outbacks. Jackie Cobe made sure I had answers and went out of her way to provide the information I needed. When I stopped in on Jackie's day off, other salesmen made sure that she knew of my visit, and I would receive a follow-up call from her.
