I RECENTLY PURCHASE A 2013 SUBARU LEGACY AT WILDE SUBARU IN WAUKESHA WI. THE FIRST TIME I WENT THERE I WAS MEET BY JACKIE. I TOLD HER I WAS LOOKING FOR A NEW CAR FOR MY WIFE. I am bringing my 2010 Outback here for services since new. On my 36K service they first time mentioned air filter replacement. I dont know much about cars but when they took it out it was black full of b new. On my 36K service they first time mentioned air filter replacement. I dont know much about cars but when they took it out it was black full of bugs. I dont think air filter replacement is recommended every 36K but what do I know. I know for my other car this is done every year. And on top of everything they charge me $32 to replace it. I would be better of going to autozone and asking them to do it. I will not go back there for services. If they miss air filter what else I should have done by now? Midas here I come. More
