Salesman MICHAEL FRANK was a joy to work with in my recent purchase of my second Forester. (My daughter is buying my 7 year first Forester which is running strong.) He gave me an email price quote--lower than another dealership. He let me measure the cargo area to meet my hauling needs. He was knowledgable, a good listener, and anticipated my needs. Our previous vehicle was in need of some repairs, which we weren't sure we wanted to invest in. Having worked with Scott Obst previously, we called into the dealership and left him a voice mail asking him to price out a new Forester - gave him which model we were interested in and asked for prices to lease and to buy. The dealership was running some fantastic offers and had a good selection to consider. Scott gave us a call the next morning and we were ready to talk over our plan. He was able to provide us with some great options in the price range we were looking to spend, and he made himself available to us prior to coming into the dealership to buy. Both my husband and I greatly appreciate his determination in finding the best deal for us, while we also had a great sense of trust working with him. More
Jackie is a consummate professional that knowledgeable and experienced which is a great asset to this dealer. There is nothing more frustrating than wasting time or training a rookie through the car buyin and experienced which is a great asset to this dealer. There is nothing more frustrating than wasting time or training a rookie through the car buying process, thus the dealer gets credit for keeping Jackie as she would be highly successful in any business or industry. After working with Jackie, I will never buy a car from anyone else as Jackie represents your best interest. What more could you ask for? This dealer deals! No wonder Zimbrick auto spent millions of dollars in legal games over several years trying to keep Wilde auto out of the Madison Wi market at the expense of the consumer. Richard Swatek More
I swore I'd never shop at another Wilde Dealership after a very poor experience at the Toyota dealer in the mid-nineties. I maintained that promise to myself until my Subaru dealer, Don Jacobs, closed its a very poor experience at the Toyota dealer in the mid-nineties. I maintained that promise to myself until my Subaru dealer, Don Jacobs, closed its doors a few years ago. Seeing Wilde take over as the Subaru dealer in this area sent shivers down my spine as I knew a new Subaru (#6) was in my future. However, realizing that many of the DJ people transferred to Wilde, I stopped in to check it out. I met Jacie Cobey there, a previous DJ salesperson and we able to work together and got me in a Crosstrek in a more than reasonable length of time. Jackie was friendly, courteous and most importantly, professional in her approach to selling me a car. I was most impressed when she and Wilde in general, were able to find exactly the car I wanted at another dealership after I balked at the prospect of having to wait up to three months for standard delivery. A good presentation of "service". I might mention here that Jackie insisted that I call her with any and all questions (and continues that insistence) I may have had regarding my purchase. The other people I met at the dealership during this process were equally helpful, particularly after Jackie became ill with a seasonal malady. These "others" stepped in for her, delivering the car on time, when promised. Now, I realize that the Toyota incident may have been an off-day for everyone and Wilde Subaru is in the business of selling cars so "friendliness" is expected but this experience has alleviated my concerns regarding Wilde Subaru. I telephoned to make an appointment, and the car and paperwork was ready and waiting for me when I arrived via email, all handled quite efficiently. I went to Wilde to test drive a Forester. After a brief converation with Scott about the type of car and the model, I drove a Forester. Mike was able to work out a deal with me that I could not refuse..and that made me change my mind about the Rav 4 I had driven a week ago. I really like the car (and what was funny was that I did not even know what color it was until the next day because I drove it home in the dark---I love the color too) thanks, Dr. Evonne Carter More
