Our team did review your visit, and we’d like to clarify a few points to ensure transparency. Your pre‑paid maintenance plan had expired prior to your appointment, and we notified you as soon as that was discovered. Regarding the wheel stud, our technician found that the threads had been previously damaged, which is not something that occurs from simply removing a lug nut. Because of this, the repair fell outside the scope of the services we were performing. As for the corrosion you later discovered, your vehicle is a 15‑year‑old Hyundai, and we are a Honda service facility that accepts light‑duty work on non‑Honda vehicles when possible. While we do perform general visual checks during service, we do not complete full structural inspections unless specifically requested.
