Horrible experience.Thought I bought CPO, apparently not the case! Paid more than I should have. During the sale (had my significant other there with me) we went through all the paper work. I clarified num the case! Paid more than I should have. During the sale (had my significant other there with me) we went through all the paper work. I clarified numerous times that the car was under warrant up to 100,000mi to which they assured me and my boyfriend that it was. So, due to the fact that I was purchasing the car to replace one that had been totaled (one month prior to fully paying off I might add…) I wasn’t ready to purchase additional warranty at that time but confirmed that it still had about 30,000mi left of warranty and I could purchase the extended later. Fast forward a year later after having talked to multiple unhelpful people there, I found out that it was only under warranty for 3,000 miles, it wasn’t ever CPO, and for some odd reason-even though I EXPLICITLY refused, I had GAP insurance? I honestly thought they had the wrong paper work because that is NOT AT ALL what I agreed to. I’m not that dumb. No one would have taken that deal if they knew all that stuff. And it turned out to be a horrible deal anyway! I’ve had numerous problems that the dealership wants me to pay to diagnose and then told me that none of my issues are covered under warranty anyway! First, (I had purchased the car on a day with rain) so I didn’t notice the two chips in the windshield…would have been my first clue had it not been raining. Which the service guy said they would repair. About a month or so after purchasing a 2017 Honda CRV, the sensor system started having issues. All the ADAS warnings were going off randomly. For however long it decides to do this, I am unable to use any safety features on the car! I called the dealership after 1st time because I was scared to drive it, I mean, I had just bought it seemingly CPO, right?! The gal at the service desk told me it was probably because of snow and ice. It was winter time so I got a car wash and after a bit they went off. Problem solved? Nope! It happens anytime regardless of weather. Several times I have addressed the issue and I was told that I was sold the car “as is” because it was never CPO, the issue is probably due to “wear and tear” (it’s a known issue with the CRVs 2017-19 come to find out), and if I want to…after a year, bring it in to trade it even though it will be of less value now. Why do that? So you can ruin my credit score for 6mo with all your credit inquiries when I tell you my bank will do just fine and you say you can beat the price, waste 6 hours of my time with a price that’s not near what my bank could do before all your inquiries, and then sell me a car that may or may not be as advertised? Spend another year waiting for issues to be resolved? I don’t think so. I feel like I was taken to the bank and deceived. Very very disappointing that they think my memory is that bad that I can’t remember what I agreed to. The sales manager told me he could not comment on what a salesman or finance department said during the sale. Well, he might want to if they’re going to do business this way. More
Have been a customer for service and buying cars from Wilde for 20 plus years. Bought an older civic(2010) that we thought would be a reliable car for our son in college but we were wrong. We had a ti Wilde for 20 plus years. Bought an older civic(2010) that we thought would be a reliable car for our son in college but we were wrong. We had a tire pressure sensor go out after 6 days of owning the car and the used car manager fought it and wouldn't pay for it. We had to complain and then the GM refunded the money. With 5000 miles that we added to this car, we have had to replace 2 more tire pressure sensors, an auto window motor, car battery, and now front brakes. Again we had to complain up and get only half of our cost of the brakes taken off our final bill. We understand the tire pressure sensors but brakes and battery should have been checked and replaced before we took it off the lot. Wilde used car sales give the dealership a bad name. There service department is excellent. And we haven't had a problem when we have purchased new cars from Wilde. This last used car purchase will be our last purchase from this dealership. Brakes are a safety concern and they obviously were not checked and the vehicle was not inspected as they stated they did, for these types of safety concerns. Volume doesn't equal quality. More

The oil change technician didn't even start on my car until after 5 p.m. (why bother with scheduling an appointment if it's not honored?). It was after 6 p.m. when I was finally handed my keys back. They didn't bother resetting the "Oil Change Indicator Light/Message." The completely discombobulated woman who "helped" me said she'd give me the (included) car wash for free for my wait. When she realized the oil change already had a carwash, she took $5.00 off the oil change as the solution for the almost 2-hour nightmare. There are so many more frustrations from start to finish which I'm not going to relive in a rant here. Wilde didn't even bother to reset my maintenance required/oil light indicator light. I sent two emails detailing my experience and asking for someone to follow up with me. Fleetwood Fenner (and Max Defranco for the second message) replied that my requested vehicle could not be located. I used their website's "contact us" form. Unbelievable. GO TO ANY OTHER place to change your oil, service your vehicle, or receive customer service. ANY option is better than Wilde Honda. More
I came in to this dealership trying to buy my first car, a used Toyota Corolla. They refused to go low enough in order to use my preapproved loan, and said their dealer financing can beat my loan's interest a used Toyota Corolla. They refused to go low enough in order to use my preapproved loan, and said their dealer financing can beat my loan's interest rate. They even had me buy insurance because I thought I was about to drive off the lot in my first car at a better interest rate, albeit a slightly higher price. After 4 hours and letting my girlfriend and I go hungry, they offered me nearly double the interest rate as my preapproved loan. I felt disgusted and offended. If they think they can take advantage of you, they will definitely try. More
Picked up a used Audi (barely used!) last Friday night after Chandler found us in the lot roaming around two nights before. Chandler was OUTSTANDING, no pressure, accommodating, helpful, and let us test drive 4 vehicles. He was super speedy, considering he was on a scooter, and exhibited patience with us. I texted Chandler Friday, set up an appointment for the evening, got the trade appraisal done, then worked a deal. Eugene (sales manager) was very fair on the trade and wrote the deal up within minutes. Uzi (finance manager), had his paperwork done and we got through that part of the deal very fluidly. Overall, it was a great experience...got the car we wanted at a fair price for both parties. The car was detailed, clean, and looks GREAT. I will recommend Chandler and the team at Wilde to all my friends who need a vehicle in the future. More

Usman made us feel at home with how he explained everything and was able to answer any questions! We never felt pressured or rushed in any way! We were also there late at night before they closed. You never would have known with Usman! This is why we keep coming back to Wilde. It's the team that make a business run smooth, and Usman is for sure a great asset to the team! The starter installed was a remanufactured one same brand as the original removed. I complained about receiving a remanufactured starter instead of a brand new one. I was told it was the normal policy of Wilde Honda. That remanufactured one runs on the market for less than $100. The overall job was invoiced $795.95. I complained to the Maintenance guy in charge, without any satisfaction. I do not remember his name. But surely I will not come back to Wilde Honda to be ripped off again. To publish this complaint Wilde Honda form procedure obliges me to rate Jim "JR" Reifenrath from Management Department, I do not know who is, but I will rate him as excellent. More
Bought a Acura RDX here and it's has been an awful experience. Our sales person Mark H has been great, but the manager and service department have been less than adequate. - agreed upon paint touch u experience. Our sales person Mark H has been great, but the manager and service department have been less than adequate. - agreed upon paint touch up wasn't complete when we picked up the car - got a call from someone we hadn’t spoken to about the wrong plates being on our car before we even picked up the car - prescription drugs were found in lower compartment of center console (clearly not cleaned and portered properly) - tires were not balanced - mode button/defroster didn't work The above items necessitated taking the car back for a day to have the items corrected which they did do. - Head lamp and ignitor were burned out ($559 repair) which they did reimburse us for after I initially sent multiple emails to the used car manager with no response (they admitted they missed this on the safety inspection) - 35 days after taking possession of the car, the alternator and battery quit ($964.14 repair and $175 extra in uber and rental car expenses). This repair they are not taking any responsibility for. I understand the alternator can go at any time, but during this process we found out it was an aftermarket alternator in the car which means it's been changed once before and it only has 133K miles on it. We bought from what we thought was a reputable dealer to avoid problems like this and then the lack of customer service was very disappointing. More
