I was contacted by the dealership and explained the situation with them. Jim was very courteous and understood the problem and what should have been done. We were able to come to a mutually agreeable solution and am happy it worked out that way. Kudos for the follow up! That’s how you keep customers coming back.

I did respond to you via email and privately through this site. When I first sent the email to you and Ali, the used car manager I did not receive a reply until I went public. Now that it is publicly on this site, you chose to respond. Pretty poor. You can respond to my original email if you wish but like I said before, I doubt you will change my mind. You really need to take a strong look at the way you go over used cars. I don't know if it is the service dept, or your used car sales people. Because what your sales people say is checked and went over, and is in good condition is not. I never felt like this before buying a vehicle from Wilde. I always had a good feeling after buying a vehicle. This is not the case anymore.

Fleetwood Fenner responded to my 10/27 email on 11/16. He said in a voicemail, that I communicated my experience to the wrong department. His department didn't have anything to do with my experience, left a number to call, and told me to ask for service. I left a voicemail with Jim Reifenrath today at about 1 p.m. Having provided my number already multiple times in multiple ways, I'm surprised I am the one who has to call in order to further discuss my complaint. It's clear what my complaint is about and what my experience was. You have my phone number in the form of e-mail, voicemail, and form-driven response on your website. I'd encourage you to pick up the phone and call me instead of waiting for me to keep calling and leaving messages.
