We never felt pressured rather a genuine interest in helping us find the right car for us. The cleanliness of the inside of the vehicle was less than desirable ( I realize, not the end all when looking at the big picture of making a big purchase of a car but still leaves a bad first impression) well Chandler went above and beyond to have it looking in much better shape than what we originally had looked at. He was literally out there himself with a shop vac and cleaning cloth exceeding our expectations. Even after the deal was made he wanted to make sure we were comfortable with the technology features and answer any other questions about the car that we had before leaving the lot. Brought our 2021 pilot in for A1 service presented the coupon for Oil and tire rotation. Told service advisor it’s in for the A1 service he looked at the coupon twice and and printed out the paperwork. Wh coupon for Oil and tire rotation. When the car was done the bill was for less than the coupon amount which I thought was strange. When I got home I looked at the receipt and nowhere did it say tire rotation. Called them that day to find out if it did. Never got a call back by either the advisor or customer service which I left a voice mail. So I ended up paying more the oil change and have find a place to get the tires rotated as well. More
