My wife and i were welcomed to dealership by Chandler Tedlie. In my personal experience this was the smoothest sales transaction i have ever been in. He was a pleasant and friendly bloke and was not pushy at all, and gave us all the carfax and related documents for the car we went to buy. He let us take the vehicle for test drive on our own. It pleasantly occurred to me as if I was buying a car from a friend, not a sales person. The car had a minor glove box issue which we discovered post sale and after taking the car home, but chandler got it corrected for no additional cost as a show of good faith. This is what I call above and beyond customer care and service. And he even took a selfie of us, such a nice pleasant fellow. The friendly guy at finance handled my case in under 30 minutes and explained me all documents clearly. He also showed me some maintenance packages and shared xxxxxxand cons of each of them. He even welcome taking second opinion from my family at home and was very patient. He got me the best rates on service package. I was very happy with my car and service package purchase. All in all Wilde Honda Waukesha made our first car buying experience a memorable one. This would be my go to destination for future car purchase and I highly recommend them. More
