I just finished dealing with Max. I put in an inquiry on a Honda Ridgeline Black Edition last night and was told it's in stock. Max called me at 9:05 am and we confirmed the truck was I put in an inquiry on a Honda Ridgeline Black Edition last night and was told it's in stock. Max called me at 9:05 am and we confirmed the truck was available. I mentioned that I had a pending trade offer on my car here in Madison and it's 24k (a 2019 Subaru Impreza Elite with about 21k miles). Max assured me that they'd come close to that price on a trade. Max said he'd confirm details and text me later and follow up before I headed to the dealership at about 3:30pm. He never did. When I finally called, he said everything was in order and the truck was still available. I headed over, title in hand and ready to do a deal. The offer I got on the Impreza was 22k (which is actually worse than the offer I got from Wilde East Town, which was at least a little surprising). Max's reasoning was this: he said Wilde's Subaru dealership had a 2019 Impreza Limited on the lot for 24.9k (heads up: it's 27.8k for their limited with almost the same mileage) and couldn't move it at that price, so the offer was firm at 22k. None of this was mentioned over the phone, and so I spent 20 minutes in the dealership and drove for about 3 hours to be given the ol' bait and switch when I showed up. At least be honest about what's feasible. And if your salesmen are going to lie, don't make it so obvious. More

As a customer having purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership and performing the majority of service here during that time, I was very dissatisfied with the most recent service performed and the total dealership and performing the majority of service here during that time, I was very dissatisfied with the most recent service performed and the total lack of willingness to make things right. The service sales manager, John K, gave me a sales run around trying to explain away the failure to correctly diagnose the issue at the original appointment and was unwilling to make any concessions after I had to have the issue corrected at another repair shop. He went so far as to blame me for not having further challenged his technician to re-diagnose the cause for my vehicles issue. He finally insulted me by offering a coupon to clean my car rather than address any of the service failures themselves. Given this most recent interaction with poor quality of automotive and customer service, I would not recommend Wilde Honda as a place to service your vehicle. More

My wife and i were welcomed to dealership by Chandler Tedlie. In my personal experience this was the smoothest sales transaction i have ever been in. He was a pleasant and friendly bloke and was not pushy at all, and gave us all the carfax and related documents for the car we went to buy. He let us take the vehicle for test drive on our own. It pleasantly occurred to me as if I was buying a car from a friend, not a sales person. The car had a minor glove box issue which we discovered post sale and after taking the car home, but chandler got it corrected for no additional cost as a show of good faith. This is what I call above and beyond customer care and service. And he even took a selfie of us, such a nice pleasant fellow. The friendly guy at finance handled my case in under 30 minutes and explained me all documents clearly. He also showed me some maintenance packages and shared xxxxxxand cons of each of them. He even welcome taking second opinion from my family at home and was very patient. He got me the best rates on service package. I was very happy with my car and service package purchase. All in all Wilde Honda Waukesha made our first car buying experience a memorable one. This would be my go to destination for future car purchase and I highly recommend them. More
