We called Wilde Honda for a vehicle and talked to Chef Newhouse. We wanted detailed information on the vehicle since we are from out of town. I bought a used vehicle from Wilde Honda a couple weeks ago, and had a salesman by the name of Dan. Dan (or chef as they call him) was very nice and knowledgable and I felt that he was completely honest w ago, and had a salesman by the name of Dan. After finding a vehicle, the whole process went very fast and with no problems except for the fact that I had 1 key to my new vehicle, and no owner's manual. After I said something to Dan about it, he went and contacted the previous owner of my new car and not only got an extra set of keys from them, but the owners manual as well. (He could of easily just brushed me off after the sale -- but he didn't). I feel that Dan went above and beyond to make my experience at Wilde a great one! More

Stopped into Wilde over the weekend to look at vehicles and I was impressed. I wasn't sure if I wanted a New or Used car, but Dan made finding a vehicle very easy for us. I feel like I wouldn't have had the customer service or gotten the deal I did if I would've went anywhere else. I highly recommend Wilde Honda! I got excellent service from the second I got there. Chef was very knowledgable of the inventory on the lot. My wife and I have been looking for a vehicle for a few weeks now. We've been to several different dealerships where they just tried pushing us into purchasing vehicles we didn't want. That was up until we went to Wilde Honda and was immediately greeted by Chef. We loved the fact that he didn't have a "salesman" personality. He never tried pushing us into a vehicle we didn't want, and he found us the perfect car within the price range we told him. He even came in on his day off because it worked better with our schedule. I would definately recommend chef and Wilde Honda if you're looking for a used vehicle! More

I got a very fair (definitely competitive) price, without hours of haggling -- they are a high volume dealer and more interested in ju very helpful. After purchasing, instead of needing to come back another day with a 2nd driver, the dealership had 2 of their people drive my car (and a spare for their trip back) to my house (30 miles one-way)!, so I could take delivery / drive the new car home that night. I've purchased (6) used cars over the past several years, and no one ever offered to 'deliver' it! More

I bought 2009 civic with navigation from Wilde Honda last May. I was promised a new 2010 navigation cd. I verified this with the sales guy several times. It was late on a work night when I purchased the last May. I was promised a new 2010 navigation cd. I verified this with the sales guy several times. It was late on a work night when I purchased the vehicle, so I didn't take the cd out to actually verify what the sales man had promised several times. It turns out that I received a 2007 cd that was badly scratched causing the navigation system to malfunction. When I drove out to the dealership to request the 2010 disc I was promised,I was given a 2009 and told they didn't have anything newer. When I called the sales manager to explain the situation and requested his assistance in remedying the situation, he never returned my phone call. Also, the car was supposed to come with a free trial of satellite radio. I was told it was activated when I purchased the car. However, it was not. When I contacted the dealership, they said they would contact the satellite radio company to have activated. This never happened, so I ended up looking up the company and calling myself to have it activated. Although losing out on a free trail of satellite radio and having a 2009 nav cd are not the end of the world, a deal is a deal. The dealership did not provide what was promised and when the issues were brought to their attention, they continued to do nothing and lie. More

Gary made the financing process so easy and relaxing. I had no worries working with him. Dan said that he would keep me in my requested budget and he did just that. The original car I was interested in was sold prior to my arrival. He assisted me in finding a great car and so far, I am thrilled with my purchase. This was my second purchase at Wilde Honda and I plan on returning in the future...not too soon. I hope to enjoy my car for quite some time. More

From the moment I entered the dealership, I received excellent service. I was greeted as I entered the building. I was shown both new and used cars. I really like one in particular and ended up buying it. Despite some complications, I was able to ring the bell. I would not hesitate to recommend and buy another Honda from Wilde. More

We were in a little over a week ago looking at used CRV's. The vehicle we chose needed a little work (front end alignment, resurfaced the front rotors and cleaned the rear pads along with a touching up CRV's. Wilde took care of everything on OUR schedule. We just can't say enough about the sales experience with Jon, we told him no fooling around, just straight talk and that's what we got. The service department was also very accomodating and great to work with. Although I intend to drive the CRV until the wheels fall off, we would definitely go back the next time we are in need of a vehicle! More
