I was looking for a newer used car after mine had just broken down once again. I researched multiple cars and dealerships and found that Wilde was the most affordable by far. Jim Hansen was great! I had been a happy Toyota Camry owner. I stopped at Wilde Honda to look at a few pre-owned cars. It is just one opinion, but If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is a total sham. Bad Salesmen who in my experience had no problem lying through their teeth in order to get you in the door stars I would. This place is a total sham. That is what this place is and unless you want to do the runaround dance with these guys, I recommend you stay away. A few things they will tell you. #1 They say they can undershoot every other Honda dealer in the city because they are the largest. While they may be the largest I was able to find 2 other dealers in town who shot lower than they did.....PLUS I got an automatic for their "GUARANTEED" lowest price in town. #2 - they charge a hidden destination fee of appx 750 -850 bucks. I was told this by other dealerships and while they totally denied it, I believe it was the truth. This is a fee that if you call them on it they will try to disguise many different ways. For me after negotiating a car, I was told that they negotiated based upon the assumption that we wanted a manual transmission and the automatic is an additional 850 bucks. But they would "knock it down to 800 for me". So despite the fact that we were VERY CLEARLY negotiating the car that MY WIFE TEST DROVE, they still tried to pull this crap. Yes, they were operating on the assumption that we were negotiating a car OTHER than what my wife test drove. Read it again! #3 The internet salesman will try to discuss deals with you OVER THE PHONE and then when you show up, look you in the eye and deny everything . Good thing I didn't waste more than 2 hours of my life in this place. If i stayed 5 hours I cant imagine the amount of lies and shams I would have been told. Just like Vegas wasn't built on winners, while they might be the biggest show in town, they didn't build that empire by giving you the best deals in town. They built it (in my opinion) by looking you in the eye and lying to your face. They built it by wasting the consumers time and by dirty sales tactics and sleazy maneuvering. There are other Honda dealers in town that I would recommend but I wouldn't want to associate their name in with the horrible Wilde Honda dealership. More

We never once felt uncomfortable or like he was trying to push us into something we didn't like. He ended up getting us an amazing deal on a Pilot, and we absolutely love it!! More
