All I have to say is dang! Donna and the Wilde team are the best at what they do. After shopping around finding nothing but a headache, my experience at Wilde was made easy and painless. We came to the dealership with high expectations being they're supposedly the #1 dealer in the area. The whole process was extremely time consuming (5 hours!) when it came to getting a vehicle, during whi they're supposedly the #1 dealer in the area. The whole process was extremely time consuming (5 hours!) when it came to getting a vehicle, during which time we never were asked about leasing like we wanted to. They just had the expectation we wanted to buy outright. Had we not said anything, it probably wouldn't have happened. On top of that, we took delivery of a vehicle with damaged trim pieces in the front and back. Their intention was to "fix" the damage, which made the parts look worse than they were in the first place. After 2 separate trips which were 45 miles one way for us and numerous phone calls later, they finally replaced the parts like they should have done the first time. When we finally went to another dealer to look into getting another vehicle to replace this one, they brought to our attention the fact that the purchase price was increased by $3000 OVER M.S.R.P. of $36,680 and we never got to see that since they rushed us through the paperwork to try and get us out the door and "on our way since we'd been there so long". It is a shame that JERKS like this have to prey on people and give the industry as a whole a bad rap. This was the worst experience we've ever had in the history of purchasing vehicles, and will NEVER go back. The dealer we are working with now actually made a photocopy of the paperwork we had, just so they could show their coworkers what kind of b.s. these people are up to. SHAME on you WILDE!!!! You are a disgrace to the automotive industry and we pray that nobody else ever gets taken for the same ride we did, even though we know that's happened before and will likely happen again. More
