My husband and I were specifically interested in a quality used Honda because of past experience and the great reliability of Honda vehicles. We took a look at the Wilde website because the dealership quality used Honda because of past experience and the great reliability of Honda vehicles. We took a look at the Wilde website because the dealership has a strong reputation and is known for having a large inventory. We took a drive on Sunday to check out the vehicles that matched our criteria. We thought we had a vehicle picked out, but when we looked back at the website it was listed as a manual transmission, which was not a preference. When I called to double-check just in case, I was put in contact with Scott Sawejka who went above and beyond from beginning to end. Since manual was not an option, Scott immediately shared information on another vehicle that might work out. We stopped out the next day, took a test drive, and made arrangements for our mechanic to check out the car. Scott made all the arrangements and by Wednesday night we were driving a quality used Honda Accord off the lot. Scott got us in the right vehicle in a timely manner with great communication. We are very happy with our decision to visit Wilde and even happier that Scott got our simple phone call inquiry and turned it into a successful sale. He was friendly and knowledgeable; and we had a positive experience with the manager and other representatives we interacted with throughout the process. We will certainly visit again when we are in the market for another vehicle. And I would be happy to refer others to the dealership as well. More
