I just want to Thank Tom Shannon for being kind to me and my son who is disabled. No sooner than my son walked into the showroom Tom kindly approached him, introduced himself,and assisted us from there. W my son who is disabled. We were there looking for a used car the dealership had advertised on the internet. My son did purchase the car. I just want to say that the experience my son had with Tom was a GOOD learning one. Tom went the extra mile, and made sure my son understood every form that was placed in front of him. My son and I appreciated that Tom made contact with us not once but twice after the car was with us. He called, just to see if everything was going OK with the car and that my son enjoys it. The follow up phone calls meant a lot to the both of us. The car did need a couple adjustments, and Tom was there again for my son to help him work through them at the dealership. Thanks Tom More
My Husband and I were in need of a used car ASAP. Our truck broke down and with the jobs we have we could not share a car to get to and from work. We remembered a salesperson who had helped us with another car we had purchased long ago. So we called Wilde to see if he ( Tom Shannon) we still there. Sure enough he was. My Husband called to ask if he had any used Hondas in our price range. Tom set up an appointment for that morning and had three cars ready for my Husband when he got there. With no preasure sales Tom walked my husband through each car, giving all the facts about each one, allowing my husband to take his time, test drive each one to see the best fit for our needs. Tom is a great sales person. Really listens to what you want and goes from there. My husband said he never once felt like he was being pushed into something he didn't want. We did purchase a car that day thanks to Tom. A 2002 Honda Civic. Great price too. We still have this car today. And when we need a new one, we will be back to Wilde Honda and I hope Tom Shannon is still there. Thank you for a pleasant shopping experience. More
My experience at Wilde Honda was the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. In my previous experiences the salesperson were very overbearing, to pushy. But at Wilde Honda my salesman (Tom Shan have ever had in buying a car. In my previous experiences the salesperson were very overbearing, to pushy. But at Wilde Honda my salesman (Tom Shannon) was very kind, patient, courteous, considerate,and understanding. He listened to what I had to say about my want and need in a vehicle. He worked with me from what I told him and sold me a vehicle that met my needs and wants. In the past I have had salespersons try and push unwanted vehicles off on me, that is not a good way to do business. I loved my experience at Wilde Honda. I am almost positive any future vehicle purchases will be from Wilde Honda. Oh, and the finance department is great as well. I have less than perfect credit, they were able to get me financing with what I consider a reasonable rate. More
My experience was made very easy once I found the right car. I saw my accord on the website, called Brian, he had it pulled up and ready to go. Buying a used car from Wilde Honda was a good experience. However, it did take longer to finish paperwork. I spend over a half hour waiting for one of the financial people (name?) while it looked like he was having a casual conversation with a co-worker. Thought I should have gotten the car looking its best, had to point out various details to salesman to get them cleaned. He was very friendly and helpful but the rest of them were not. Receptionist was busy eating chips and not answering my questions. Also heard another salesman use very foul language (f**k this sh**) and when I suggested to him that he might not want customers hear him talk like that he laughed and went on his way while another salesman said, "that's just the way he is." Not very professional in my opinion. Overall would buy another car and just hold my breath through the process. More
Very pleased with my recent experience at Wilde Honda. Found a Certified Pre-owned 2006 Honda Accord on their website that was right up my alley. I asked for a quote online and received on in only minutes. After doing some research determined that the asking price was fair and scheduled a test drive the following day. Brett Dumstrey, internet sales manager, was helpful during the initial contact. He assigned Komi Senaya, salesperson, to work with me. I have to say that Komi was very polite, helpful, and easy to work with. He answered all my questions and has continued to go above and beyond since the purchase. I forgot a few things in my trade-in and only a day later, he had found those items and made them available to me to pick up at my convenience. The sales staff at Wilde gave me a good price for my trade in and we negotiated a very fair price for the 2006 Accord. The gentleman that went over the paperwork in the end was also helpful, listened to me, and addressed any questions I had regarding the sales contract and financing. That evening I went home with a car I was happy to own and drive. I also have to say that I found their customer service extends beyond the sale. During my test drive, I noticed that some of the upholstery on the back of the passenger seat was coming loose at the seam. I was told that I could bring the car back when their upholstery guy was working and it would be fixed at no cost. I was able to make time for that visit a week or so later and within an hour of bringing it in, the upholstery was repaired and the work guaranteed. Finally, I have to say that I used their service department recently and came away very satisfied with that experience as well. More

Much to my pleasant surprise this turned out to be the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I was looking for a used Civic with relatively low mileage for its age. I found a car of interest on the Internet, called Wilde, and an appointment was set with Tom Shannon. He was great to work with. We had a quick and fair negotiation and the deal was done. Even after the deal there was one little item with the car that Tom responded to quickly and it was taken care of. Next car purchase, I know where I’ll be going! Thanks Tom! More
My first impression of Scott was that he was a true professional. scott was very patient and answered all of my questions.
