This was be far the easiest and most pain free dealer ive had to work with. I have been to many car purchases including my own and i have always had to fight with a dealer or manager to get things or to try had to work with. With this being a higher mileage car i didnt expect much in turns of flexibility but they were able to meet all of my requests. John was very easy going. My boyfriend just bought a car from this place on 08/06/2012. On the Saturday before, I also went with him and was told they will give him $16,000 for his trade in. The price for this car was $32,000+, we were promised they will throw in the paint protection. On Monday, while I was at work, my boyfriend who has limited english went to and signed the paper work for this car. When he came and home and showed me the paperwork, they charged him $37,777 as the sale price, only gave him $14,000 for his trade in. After everything he will be paying $49,000+ for this car! I am so upset that the sales person and the sales manager practically LIED to us on Saturday. They took advantage of him not knowing how to read or write. They told him to signed his name on all the X and that was it. We tried to talke to the Finance Manager the next day. She wouldn't even talk to me. She said, "Because you signed the legal contract, we can't do anything to change it now." Oh yes you can since your people either make a mistake or took advantage of someone who does not read or write english. Yes, partially it is my BF's fault, but he signed the paper after the finance person told him the sale price was $32,000+, I guess you can say he took that guys words for it. He was suppose to be a professional who helps people to get finance for the car, he is not suppose to Lie about it. Worst of all, two days later, the car's engine light came on. Honda Wilde now says they can't help us with the engine light because this car is not a Honda car!!!! These people are only to con you and they only want to the money in their pocket, no good customer service at all!!! More

We were equally impressed with his attention to detail and follow up after the sale. I was set on buying a new car from Wilde Ho Be extremely cautious when dealing with Wilde Honda associates, especially in their legal agreements. I was set on buying a new car from Wilde Honda. While negotiating for prices, each time the associate brought a contract for us to sign, there were obvious and significant errors in the total price and monthly payment calculations that may have been deliberate. Also, they incorrectly stated the car being sold as a Silver SE Accord with light interior- a model, color combination that Honda does not even manufacture in 2012. When I received the finance document, they added $4,000 extra to the financed amount that I did not agree to in the original signed purchase contract. I have yet to confront Wilde Honda about this because the 'associates available to assist me' at the 800 number turned out to be a computer that doesn't have an option to speak with an 'available associate'. Other than a $4,000 error in their favor, associates made other false promises. For example, Honda offers a paint and interior protection package for nearly $800. When asked about the guaranty of the protection package, the associate said it was lifetime guarantee, so I agreed to purchase it. However, a different associate later said it was only an 8 year guaranty after the protection had already been applied to the car. In addition, one associate promised to give me a particular document that was relevant to the purchase of warranties and insurance. However, when I got home, the document was missing. When I asked about it a second time, the associate again promised to deliver the document, but I have yet to receive it. After reading this review, I'll allow the reader to decide if Wilde Honda is the place you want to go to buy a car. I would suggest bringing a lawyer with a calculator before approaching Wilde Honda to buy a car. More
I've bought my last 4 cars from Wilde Honda and specifically from Tom Shannon. The customer relationship goes back 20+ years and I can always count on Tom to take care of me. Being an independent woman who hates the nonsense of haggling for cars, I trust Tom to be straight with me and to make sure that the car and I are a good match, even if I come up with odd requests like color and trim level. My car is something I depend on and I trust the service department there at Wilde to take care of it. I know a bit about car maintenance and Honda has always treated me fairly, even after an unpleasant experience at another local dealership. My philosophy has always been "treat me right and I'll return". Never in my years of dealing with Tom and the rest of the staff at Wilde have I ever felt like I wasn't treated fairly and I've returned for what is now my 5th Honda. My car is a long term investment and Tom makes sure that everything is a perfect match and that I get the right car for my needs. He is an asset to the dealership and I would recommend him to any of my friends looking for a vehicle. More
