When it became clear that my car was not going to make it much longer, I began looking at new and used cars online. Wilde Honda had many cars that I was interested in seeing, so I contacted them online and much longer, I began looking at new and used cars online. Brett answered several of my questions upfront and he made an appointment for me to test drive a couple of cars with Cat in their sales department. Cat talked to us about our needs, and wants, and pointed out a few additional cars that may be a good match for us. I honestly think we drove 6 different cars while we were there. Some of them were Hondas and some of them were not. I was actually pretty surprised that there were so many different cars available, and not just Hondas. In the end, though, it was the CR-V which seemed to be the best match for what we wanted, and "felt" the best while driving, so then we had to talk numbers. Cat walked through so many more options with us than I even knew were possible. It wasn't high pressure by any means. She showed us numbers for sales, new, used, and for leasing, which I didn't think was possible for me because of how many miles I drive. It was all about how to make this work, in the best way possible. It felt like a very open and transparent process with no hidden agenda. After we made our decisions, and signed some paperwork, we met with Justin the finance guy to go over the rest of the details, and confirm payment etc. he was also very easy going, and presented us with various options without there being any pressure to do/spend more. He worked with us to get exactly what we wanted done. I have to say, that I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff, their ability to answer questions, their willingness to ensure that all of our questions/concerns were addressed, and to spend the time with us to get all of that done. Since my experience has been so good, I have made sure to tell others to check out Wilde Honda. I am sure they will be able to get what they need, and taken care of in the process! More

I looked at a CR-V that I really liked and while I was trying to get a fair price for the car and a fair price for my trade-in the Sales Manager began to use shady sales tactics. I had given him my key to look at my car and when the salesperson returned he did not bring me back my key. When I did not agree to the deal they offered the Sales Manager came back over and he had my key in his palm and was slow to give it back. He made me feel very uncomfortable, he would not give me what I know my trade-in was worth. After being treated in this way I was no longer interested in the car, the Sales Manager again made me feel uncomfortable for changing my mind. I would not ever buy a car from this place, I don't trust them More

My wife and I came in the dealership earlier this summer to look at Pilots. While we didnt purchased than, we were glad to come back again to look and this time we found the right Pilot, the right color and to look at Pilots. My wife was glad we came back because she wanted a white pilot and the price was within our budget. We traded in our 2004 Mazda 6 and got such a great Pilot.
